How to get scammed with Chinese merchandise. To avoid 😡

I ordered a bottle holder for my motorcycle and it's advertised as being airplane grade aluminum. When I received it, it is complete. Junk all plastic. I looked online and can buy the junk that they sent me for 15.99. I paid 39.99 and that was 40% off according to them. I was willing to spend a little more to get a good quality holder? And I received complete junk. Do not do business with this place.

BikerZoneZ claims to hold the appropriate documentation for legal supply and sale of motorcycle clothing to residents of Europe and the United Kingdom.

I have contacted the company twice to request proof. The latest exchange appears below. On both occasions, when faced with the detail that forms the basis of my challenge, the company has ceased communication. Most recently, I was blocked from its Facebook page, but my access was reinstated after I contacted the company using its web site feedback form.

BikerZoneZ cannot claim to be unaware it is operating with a fraudulent document, as I have advised it of this in July and August 2026.

Here is the latest correspondence - my reply first and then the original response from Emma to my feedback through the company’s website:

I currently have the product page for the BikerZoneZ ArmorFlex Riding Pants open on my other screen. Conformity is claimed to EN 1621-1:2012 (the European Standard for motorcyclists’ limb joint impact protectors), EN 14404:2004+A1:2010 (the European Standard for industrial knee protectors used in a kneeling position - so static compression, not dynamic impact protection) and are stated to conform to EU Regulation 2016/425 “Certified by QCT Technology”.

There is no certification body by the name of QCT Technology listed on the EU NANDO database of officially-appointed organisations empowered to assess and certify Personal Protective Equipment. If the QCT Technology to which your company web site refers is Guangzhou QCT Technology Testing Company Limited, then this organisation has no legal standing to certify products under the PPE Regulation. If this business is the origin of the certification that your company claims to have, then it doesn’t have legitimate certification for sales to EU and UK based consumers.

Moving to the web page for the Motorcycle Riding Jeans with Armor - Reinforced Denim Pants, these are claimed to be “Fully CE/AA Rated”, but I can find no further details on this despite your statement “our certifications are publicly available on our website”. Can you send me the link that will enable me to access the documentation?

It is the same story with the BikerZoneZ CE Full-Body Motorcycle Armor Suit - claimed to be CE certified and featuring a label that states EN 1621-3:2018, but no conformity documentation is provided.

Next there are the BikerZoneZ Protective Motorbike Knee Pads and the Quotes Biker Hoodie (available with the logo, “Dress For The Slide Not The Ride”).

I tried to discuss these issues with your colleague, Henry, just over a month ago, but once I explained the scope of the issue he ghosted me. Far from a legitimate business that takes product safety seriously, that is often the reaction of a rogue vendor.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS SELLER
Via an ad through FB i bought a motorcycle front brake lock for £28.25 which was on a "buy 1 get one free" offer which actually stated that on my invoice. When i received the package there was just 1 item in there so i contacted BikerZoneZ to be told my item was not on BOGOF but when i screenshotted the invoice they offered my 30% refund. With lots of messages of refusal as i had evidence of the BOGOF purchase, they agreed a 50% refund & asked me to wait 5-7 working days for the refund to go through. On the 12th working day i contacted then to say i had not received my refund. My response was that they had checked & the refund had been processed the day before so to wait another day before i get my 50% refund. On the 14th working day (today) i contacted them again to say no refund but again im being told it has been processed. I am now in the belief that i wont see my £14+ refunded but ive got away lightly on what other experiences have been.
Update 31/7/26 - refund of £14 received after my review on here but it has been a real hassle dealing with this business 😭

Be wary of this company, as it is most likely a scam. I placed an order last may, paid for it, but it never arrived.
I have also reported the matter to the authorities so that they can investigate this company.

Méfiez-vous de cette entreprise, car il s'agit très probablement d'une arnaque. J'ai passé une commande mai dernier, je l'ai payée, mais elle n'est jamais arrivée.

Horrible customer service. I wrote to cancel an order after waiting almost a month for a $260 helmet to ship. The same day I wrote them I received a tracking number which per their policy you can’t cancel after receiving one. Then 3 weeks later the helmet shows up wrapped in plastic paper and not in a box. I wrote them and showed them a picture of how it arrived about 2 days ago and haven’t heard from them since. Don’t buy from these people. There are better companies out there selling motorcycle helmets for the same price that are better made and have better customer service. I wish I could upload the picture of how the helmet arrived.

I bought a full-face helmet from them. Quality is great, and I like the fit. Tried to exchange size, and support was active. Like to support emerging businesses!

I ordered a helmet with an intercom in a bundle with brake lock etc, but came just the lock and other unnecessary items like keychain and bell, but no helmet and no intercom. After three weeks I wrote to company and got answer, that items are on the way. Until today they are not. I can see it under unshipped items. Now they aren't answering any more. There is also no talk about refunding my money. Pure SCAM

I ordered a helmet and some polarised sun glasses. When I found out it was coming from China, I tried to cancel my order. I was told that the orders had already been shipped. This was a blatant lie. 4 DAYS later I got a further email saying one of the orders had been shipped. I am not happy with companies in the USA or UK selling to consumers and paying express shipping when they can't deliver. These companies should be honest and say we don't hold stock in the USA OR UK and let the consumer decide if they still want to buy an item or not. I am still waiting for the sun glasses!!

This isnt an american store. I bought a helmet just to find it was coming from China. Took over a month to arrive and arrived damaged. Then their conditions say I am responsible for postage to Vietnam.... scam store.

Legit stuffs. I purchased 3 times from them for my Iron 883. A start up but they got good gears. Loved the heated gloves from them!

Absolute junk from China! Bought a Chopper helmet. Thin, badly padded, no protection around the sides of my head. Definitely wouldn’t trust this helmet to protect me. Total rubbish!
