UPDATE:
It has been nearly a year since I had an issue and a reaction to the plated heart locks, I was assured this would be dealt with and an alternative found and never heard back, even after I sent a follow up email. Being advertised as no allergens but the heart lock did contain nickel.

Customer service has been second to none, had an issue and had an incredibly fast response. Quality of the chain was fantastic, please start doing longer chain options! ♥️

I accidentally ordered the wrong size of one of my chokers, I emailed straight away (around 6/7pm) and it was amended that evening! The speed of delivery and quality is fab, so happy with them!

The day collars I purchased are exactly what I wanted from a necklace: durable, pretty and non-tarnishing. I've not taken them off since I got them, even when I shower and I've had no problems at all! ♡

Everything was absolutely perfect! There was a small mix up with one of the necklaces I ordered, the seller sent me a very similar but slightly different necklace than the one I had selected. As it happened, I loved the one they sent anyways but still contacted the business to make sure they hadn't mixed up my order with someone else's

They were super apologetic and offered me a voucher for money off my next purchase since I was more than happy to keep the necklace they sent. Amazing customer service, I would 100% shop here again (and already have done since)

I've been looking for decent chokers/ necklaces for ages but every UK site seems extortionate. Chokers is the best site I've found, the delivery was ridiculously quick, the jewelry is great quality and the price is low. Can't fault them, thank you

I have a couple of necklaces from here now and honestly the quality and designs are top tier. I wear both of mine daily and rarely take them off and never have an issue! The only feedback is sometimes the pendant drop gets stuck on the clasp but with some wiggling it comes away fine.

I’ll be back for more, for sure!
