The chain has tiny gaps that are sharp…

The chain has tiny gaps that are sharp and that hurt my skin. The extender chain is as loveless as could be.

I ended up taking it apart and only using the ring with another chain I had at home.

Shipping was fine though and so is the ring.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we're sorry to hear you didn't like the chain, we have checked the 2mm belcher chain and are unable to find sharp edges. The tiny gaps are due to the chain being 2mm in width, and we'd class this as a micro chain.

Absolutely love it!

I am so in love with this shop.
The products are just super gorgeous and high quality.
It took me quite some time to find a company that sells jewelry out of stainless steel that beautiful and the way I see it the prices are completely fair too.

Furthermore I also want to address how extremely pleasant the interaction with their customer support is. They reply super fast, they are very friendly and according to my experience they are definitely going to solve your problem.

Good quality. Weak display

Great experience. Order came as promised. Only thing is, the presentation was weak. The bag was not expected. I would have expected a box, a display of some kind. Giving this to an extremely important woman, I'm going to have to find a velvet or nice display to present this to her. Other than that. Quality was good. Product was as promised and shipping was direct.

It took a bit of hunting down, but the choker i purchased was exactly what was required - i was especially happy with the colour as it was true to the website picture. great product, great price & great service!

It is so pretty I love my O ring day…

It is so pretty I love my O ring day collar. But on one of the first days when I put it on tight I sneezed and the chain broke. I fixed it myself but if it keeps happening I will send it back for repair. But they have lifetime warranty and the brand is so nice I am hopeful about their product staying on now!
