First contact very good, delivery drivers not so good
Ordering was easy enough and was advised that we may have a delay for delivery as the outsourced delivery team were very busy. However, we were notified within days of our incoming delivery. Turned up within time frame given. On our estate it quite clearly states 10mph as its a small estate with elderly and visiting children. Unfortunately the delivery driver decided to ignore the signs and put his foot down. We met them and asked them not to speed, both were very polite, friendly and delivered to our back garden no problem. On leaving we thanked them and asked them not to speed out of the estate which they chose to ignore. Our neighbours even shouted at them to slow down but to no avail. Shame that this was the only thing that let the supplier down.

Dear Meggie,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found the ordering process straightforward and that the delivery itself was completed within the timeframe provided.
However, we are very concerned to hear about the manner in which the delivery vehicle was driven within your estate. This is certainly something we would like to investigate further. We would like to establish whether the delivery was carried out by our own delivery drivers or by an external courier service.
Please could you give us a call at your convenience so that we can obtain a few more details and look into this properly?
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologise for the concern caused.
Kind regards,
Chimes

From the moment we walked into their showroom, we felt totally at ease with both Debbie and Kaine who were so welcoming and knowledgeable. We purchased the two pergolas recommended by both of them. We arranged for installation to take place yesterday 19th August. I received a call from their fitters 30 minutes before they were due to arrive, they were a team of 3, all of whom were very courteous. Within 2 hours both pergolas were installed and exceeded our expectations. We went through how the solar lighting, heater and how the drainage system worked, all were explained extremely efficiently by one of the fitters. We would not hesitate in recommending Chime to anyone that wanted to buy a pergola, they are a very professional, courteous and knowledgable company to do business with.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely exceptional — I couldn’t recommend Chimes enough!
I’ve recently made quite a large purchase from Chimes Home & Garden, and from start to finish the whole experience has been absolutely exceptional.
The customer service and communication have been second to none. Nicola in particular has been absolutely amazing — professional, helpful, kind and so supportive throughout. She genuinely went above and beyond to help, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The furniture itself is beautiful quality, with so much attention to detail, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with what I’ve chosen.
Delivery was fantastic too — professional, efficient and completely hassle-free.
Chimes have completely smashed it from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I would 100% buy from them again.
Five stars really don’t feel enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
