Exceptional customer service
I have just been in touch with customer services 5 years after buying a corner sofa set, as i needed replacement cushions after a rodent infestation. I cannot praise them enough for contacting the original manufactures on my behalf and getting replacement for me.

paid for the white glove service- AVOID
paid for the white glove service, moved the table a week later & all the bolts and screws weren't even screwed in or tightened, be better off trying to install yourself!
