This company is crap. Ordered item 2 months ago and still have not received it. Contacting them is a joke, they give you the run around. Do not order from this company they are awful.

Ordered the flag stain glass and they send me painted plexiglass, what a joke . Wish I would of read these reviews first . Shame on Facebook for helping them rip people off . I thought Facebook would check them out before they let them advertise on their site , I was wrong . I did have contact they said they emailed me letting me know the item
Was out of stock and sent a replacement. I told them I didn’t get an email and I wouldn’t of excepted a replacement. Poor service and very poor product . 😡😡😡

Do not buy from them. The product takes forever to come and they send you a cheap imitation of what you ordered. They also don't allow bad reviews to be posted on their site and refuse to refund money. Stay clear of them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CHERRY ZONES! This company is a rip off. I've been waiting months on my delivery. I've asked for a cancellation and a refund. Every response from Cherryzones has been: "Sorry. Wait longer." Lesson learned. They are thieves.

They should get a complete zero!! I wish I would have had read the reviews before I ordered!! I ordered the moon and starring it was supposed to be a moonstone Stone inside and I got some cheap crap! And they did not get a very nice email as well! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!

I ordered a moon and star ring advertised as moonstone. It is a cheap rhinestone. Not sterling silver as advertised. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!

A total SCAM. They keep saying they are a US company, but product received almost two months after ordering is Cheap Chinese Crap directly from China. I ordered STAINED GLASS and received scratched and poorly printed PLASTIC!! And... they have the nerve to tell me they sent exactly what I ordered. They refused to take them back or give me a refund so I will be asking PayPal for a refund.

I paid for an item in June. Nothing arrived, tracking and emails don't work. Undoubtedly a scam. Will pursue refund from PayPal.

Total scam, ordered something In June and got blocked from being able to email them. Shipment tracking is fake, it will say shipment created but will never change from that. I ordered in June.. it's now September.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING unless you want to lose your money. 45 days later, 4 emails sent to "customer support" and the item hasn't been shipped. Covid has nothing to do with this, they will intimidate you not to write a review.

I ordered a mask and what I got was not what was advertised beyond the image on the front of the mask. I asked for my money back, with in the 30days, and got a robo reply and ended up having to elevate it for Paypal review to get my money back.

I then posted a review of the item and got an alert that it would post after admin approval. It never posted, and they have nothing but 5star reviews...

What ever you do don't order from these thieves. Spent way to much on a cute top only to get something entirely different. I emailed them and customer service SUCKED. They basically told me sucks to suck we sent the right thing. I sent them proof such as order form description, picture I screenshot from their page and so on. Still nothing. Good thing i ordered through paypal ya girl getting her money back.

I sure wish I would have checked these reviews before I ordered anything... lesson learned I guess, have been waiting and waiting for my order, finally sent an email today to see if they would respond and my email was returned as undeliverable.... Feel like an idiot for not looking here before ordering ....

This site has stolen and used images and reviews from my Etsy shop, it is now under the name of lisianstore.com and using my products on Facebook scam and tons of people

If I could give no stars - that would be generous. Complete run around - purchased an item - got an email saying shipped, then an email saying out of stock, another email trying to sub something not even remotely similar to what I ordered, then an email saying they found some and were shipping & to just be patient. That was about 3 months ago now. Thank god I paid with paypal - was able to get my $ back w/minimal headache. Definitely DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.

Be warned they are now using a new website ‘Lisianstore.com’ same scam, taking photos and reviews from other legitimate sites.

I wish I could give them no stars. I bought one item and was sent something else. When I messaged them they said they were out of what I want. I was told they sent me an email to tell me it was sold out and if I want the other item. I never got any email from them about the sold out item and what they wanted to do instead. When I told them I just wanted to return it because it's not what I wanted I never heard from them again. Its been about 2 weeks since my 1st email to them. If this is a real business they need to get better at customer service.

This company is definetly a scam. I ordered something off this site for my wife via a Facebook link back in beginning of July. Still haven't received it. They keep emailing saying "We are trying to track down the shipping" but refuse to refund me.

I've asked 3 times to just refund my money and cancel my order and they refuse!! Definitely a scam company!
