WHAT A COMPLETE RIP OFF. I thought I was dealing with a company in Texas. It took forever to receive the item and no way was it what was described on Facebook. Instead of stain glass, it was cheap, painted plexiglass. When I asked for a refund, they said send the items back to CHINA ... they know the time it would take for shipment and also the cost of it to be shipped. This is a hard lesson to learn, costing me $58.85 ... but I will NEVER order off Facebook, nor will I ever use Pay Pal again. Pay Pal doesn't stick up for the customer. They allow these people to rip you off !

Please do not buy from them and as stated before, a third refund is offered no matter what you say. Even if you refer them back to their own refund policy or consumer affairs

Disgusting company. They advertise a beautiful hand-crafted stained-glass item and instead you receive a piece of plastic cr*p. When you complain, they offer you a third refund,meaning you're still paying over $20 for $2 rubbish. Escalating to PayPal still doesn't help, as you then have to return to Singapore,at you own expense. I am absolutely fuming. Please ignore any semi-positive comments here,as they are all spam- orchestrated by the company. Same person posting the same review, numerous times.I am going to try my hardest to get this company kicked off Facebook, and PayPal .They are a disgrace and should be shut down.

As others have experienced, I waited eons for my Peacock suncatcher (which is advertised in pictures as translucent glass on their website) which is a piece of poured plastic over a cheap metal backing. There is no glass, translucency, or ability to allow light to shine. After arguing with them and not wanting a $9 refund, I opened a paypal dispute and could have paid $17 to ship it back and 'hope' they would credit me back my $32. Total crap. Guess I should have taken my $9 credit, but tried to fight that the product was misadvertised and damaged as it wasn't what I ordered. Apparently paypal didn't care...

Really nasty people run this company. After scamming me by sending a tiny thin facecloth instead of a set of towels for £30 they laughed at me and said i would not get a refund.paypal were terrible and on their side. They lie about being uk and are from china and are big nasty thieves.

Yes I unfortunately have also been well and truly scammed in purchasing what I thought was a gorgeous Stained Glass Peacock Feather Suncatcher. I always thought I could spot a scam seller a mile away however apparently I can't. Read the whole thing carefully before purchasing and everything looked and sounded legit - it wasn't :( Took ages to actually get the item - as I had purchased it for a birthday gift and the time came and went and it still had not arrived, I emailed and said I wanted to cancel and get a refund please. Oh no I was told, it is on its way - don't worry! Still nothing. So again I asked to cancel and refund as the time was ridiculous. Was then told that they could not cancel because it was sitting either on a dock or already on the ship. Twice was given dodgy tracking numbers which were all in Chinese and so could have said anything, despite the companies address being in the US! Anyway finally the "stained glass suncatcher" arrived - Stained Glass?? No way, not any type of glass - it is PLASTIC. Suncatcher?? No way - it has a silver coloured matte backing on it so not a skerrick of light can shine through it. Happy? NO WAY!!! So I complained and asked for a refund. So sorry they said. I could return and if it is undamaged then they would possibly refund but just for item, not the postage costs, nor the extra postage that I would have to pay to return item (from Australia to the US!!) so in other words I would be paying postage twice on it. So I contacted Paypal and the end result is that UREASHI PTY LTD are prepared to give me a third of the price in refund less postage so a whole $9.30 :( Obviously they must have this down to a fine art - customer buys something that is not as advertised, wants a refund, ends up down the track being offered a third of the cost without postage included - so they make a tidy little profit off a piece of moulded plastic. I assume there are probably a lot of selling groups that are owned by UREASHI going under all sorts of names, so everyone beware - if you see that name - avoid at all costs. Total and complete SCAMMERS.

Takes over 3 months to arrive and product was a cheap knock off of photo in shop

I received my package yesterday after many months of waiting. I was horrified by the contents. The mountain range bracelet is not fit for purpose and not at all as advertised. It is not sterling silver and is too small for an adult wrist.
The quality is so poor I would like you to get a refund
I am very unhappy with this transaction and will await cherryzone response.

Currently trying to get a refund from PayPal which is a nightmare. Got a completely substandard product not a patch on what was advertised and they are just out and out scammers - do not purchase anything from these guys or anyone else trading under the name of UREASHI PTE Ltd who are cherryzones.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY from these SCAMMERS!!!! 2 1/2 months to get. Suncatcher is nothing like what was advertised!!! Received a plastic piece of low quality crap!! Wrote a letter and their response was you got exactly what you ordered, to keep the item , and they would give me a whopping $15% off my next order.

I also ordered the phony "stained glass feather suncatcher" and received a fake colored piece of metal that was in no way stained glass or anything like its pictures or description. I contacted them several times and they did not answer. On this trustpilot site, the only 2 good reviews for cherryzones are obviously fake and quoted the telephone # 18563932228. When you call, someone tells you they will call you back. In my case an indian guy claiming he was chinese. When they do, they try to get you to link up to a remote access site to "down load your file return form". In my case, it was called "Team Viewer". DO NOT INSTALL AND DO NOT GIVE ANY ACCESS CONTROL CODE. I did not. When I got to the page asking for "remote control" of my computer and the indian guy on the cherryzone site was demanding the access code and password generated, when I questioned him, asked if there is a return form, why can't you just email it to me? He went berserk and started calling me stupid, threating me, saying I don't know anything and hung up.

If I could rate zero Stars that's what it would be. what I ordered as a stained glass suncatcher was a piece of plastic filled in with epoxy. Said it would take 20 days to get here almost to 90. This was a wedding present that I couldn't even give I wouldn't even give it to my grandchildren. then I was told I might as well keep it because shipping it back would cost me more than what I would get back for it are you kidding me. This company does nothing but false advertised and sends you crap.

I thought I was ordering a stained glass sun catcher, what I got several months later was a crap piece of plastic.

Do not buy from them over 2 months and still waiting for my item they won’t refund me as they say their waiting to here from transport company - what rubbish !!!! Stay well away

I ordered Bat shaped shower curtain hooks in July 2020. I never heard back from them . I wrote to them and it took a month for a reply - they claimed they delivered my order in August and once it leaves their facility, they are no longer responsible.

I would rate it zero stars if I could. Placed an order almost 3 months ago. Only after a month later when I realized I didn't hear from them and sent an email did they send me a tracking number. The number is bogus does not work on any shipping site only on the link they send to track it. The link says it has been at my local post office for days but I can't track it any other place. I'm gonna try to get my money back from my CC company.

Item received (after months of emails and waiting) did not in any way match the description on their site. Really tacky material and poor construction. Absolutely not worth the money. Review on site not published. Only offer was 15% off next purchase.

I ordered a stained glass feather, but received a cheap metal feather with enamel on it. Very poor substitute for the actual.product. Then they told me I'd gotten exactly what I bought. Very dishonest.

They are a scammmmmm. Items are not as described or pictured and they will not offer refunds unleee you file a PayPal claim, in which case you're responsible for the return shipping to China - so basically you're going to be stuck with anything you buy because it'll cost even more to return it. Save your money and the headache and avoid these scammers!!!
