Recently had a complete replacement of heating and hot water system by CPH. They arrived when they said they would, completed within the quoted timescale and, while on site, were friendly, courteous and professional. The disruption during the work, including shutting off gas, power and water, was kept to an absolute minimum. Highly recommended.

Having had a new boiler and central heating 2 yrs ago we chose CP&H to supply and install a shower. On both occasion they were prompt, polite, tidy, experts in their field and the price was very competitive. We have no complaints whatsoever.

We've used CPH a number of times, for boiler servicing, bathroom install and new kitchen plumbing and they are always friendly, helpful, on time and work hard to get done what we need.

We needed a new mixer tap for our kitchen supplied and fitted by Chelmsford Heating & Plumbing. The initial tap was the wrong pressure type and needed replacing. This was carried out within days causing minimum inconvenience and we weren't charged for the extra visit required. We as customers were treated very fairly and I would rate this business very highly as they put things right with no fuss or trouble.

Chelmsford Plumbing and Heating are just fantastic! Not only do they do an excellent job they are courteous polite and friendly. They have always done an excellent job from new central heating system to new boilers…the team are fab. Communication is great and most importantly this is a company you can trust and who I while heatedly recommend.

I had used CPH previously as they were one of the only companies which supported my Boilermate 2000. So when I discovered on my return to the house after being away the Boilermate had let go in a big way. I contacted CPH and an engineer was there the day after to isolate the Boliermate and review what was needed to replace it. The quote was generated very quickly and explained in great detail. The following week there was attendance on site to remove the old system to then be replaced with the new one. There were two plumbers for two days and an electrician for half a day. The standard of workmanship is to the highest standard with a very neat job carried out. A comment made by the engineer who carried out the work was, "I am only happy with the installation if I would have it in my house". What a great approach to your work.
In short, a very impressive service from first contact to completion of work. Well done all at CPH as this is a team effort.

We had to call out CHP to fix a leaking toilet 3 days before Christmas when we were expecting a house full of guests, they identified the problem, ordered the parts then turned up the next day and fixed it. Both guys that came on the 2 days were courteous and efficient and within 30min the new parts were installed and the toilet fixed! I would absolutely recommend this firm!

We have now used CPH several times now and will continue to use them. We recently had a Worcester Bosch external oil fired boiler installed (August 2021), a family shower unit installed a few years ago. What a pleasure it is to have professional, knowledgeable, tidy, friendly, happy and reliable CPH personnel to come into your home. Shower Screen Install.

Totally professional company, great service and a great job. We needed a smashed shower screen replacing. CPH where great in helping us to get everything up and running again. An excellent installation with a very friendly and competent team member. I would highly recommend CPH.

We decided to have our current gas warm air system replaced with a Johnson and Starley ‘Aquair’ unit, who recommended us to CPH. After meeting with Martyn Clark it was proposed and accepted to have an electric boiler and unvented cylinder installed in the loft to replace our current warm air system.

The enquiry and survey stages went smoothly, the office staff were a pleasure to deal with and the quotation was through and accurate.

The installation was well planned and navigated, the installation team were very professional and the pipework from ‘Lewis’ is worthy of special mention as being very neat

CPH have serviced our LPG boiler for about eight years, so when the time came to replace it they seemed the obvious company to use. As well as some new radiators we wanted advice on a new location for the boiler.
Martyn carried out a thorough survey and we were happy to go ahead with his ideas. He found a straightforward solution for a job we thought would be complicated and at a fair price. CPH may not seem the cheapest but you do get what you pay for.
Lewis and Harrison got the job done with minimum disruption and mess. When our low water pressure (we're not on mains water) became an issue they came up with a neat and effective solution.
All the work was carried out to a high standard, all rubbish was taken away, the job was finished on time and the new system was fully explained to us.
We were also reassured when everyone who entered the house kept to the current Covid guidelines.
All in all, it was a pleasure to have Lewis and Harrison in the house and we can't recommend them highly enough.

We had the entire heating system in our house upgraded and Chelmsford Plumbing and Heating were brilliant.

It was a week long project and we had Will here the whole time who was knowledgeable, polite and nothing was too much trouble when it came to the small nuances we had with this project.

However, the measure of a company is not what they do right, it's what they do if something goes wrong. We had an issue with a leak a few days later (nothing to do with the work that was done, it was with the existing pipework which was embedded in the original screed). Martyn was a great and helped us to locate the point of the leak so we would fix it.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
