50th birthday celebration with friends
I organized a 50th birthday celebration with friends in the beautiful French countryside near Sézanne. To make the occasion even more special, I asked Chef Nelson Neveu to create an Asian-French fusion dinner, something outside of his traditional menu. Chef Nelson exceeded all expectations. He designed an exquisite menu that was both creative and absolutely delicious. Every course was beautifully presented, and most importantly, everyone in our group loved the food. It was one of the highlights of our celebration. His colleague, who served us throughout the evening, was equally wonderful. As guests from Norway and the USA with very limited French, we relied on Google Translate, patience, and plenty of laughter to communicate. Their warmth, humour, and hospitality made the entire experience effortless and memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend Chef Nelson as your next private chef. He helped create a truly special evening, and I am certain you will be just as pleased with the experience as we were.

Chef Joey Rymenhout was phenomenal. He communicated well throughout the process; was creative with menu creation. Showed up on time. He provided two meals for us for my birthday. Breakfast and dinner were both some of the best food i've ever had. Our group was thrilled to work with him and eat his amazing food. And he left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived which was a treat after a long day. I highly recommend Chef Joey.

Luigi Annunziata and Stacey cooked for us during a very special family birthday weekend, and they made the experience truly exceptional.
Luigi’s food was absolutely delicious, rooted in traditional Italian cuisine, but always with a creative, modern twist that made every dish feel special.
Stacy’s desserts were a highlight of their own. Her pastry creations were incredibly tasty, beautifully balanced and the perfect ending to each dinner.
What impressed us just as much as the food was the service. Both were warm, attentive, professional and incredibly easy to have around. Together, Luigi and Stacy are a fantastic team.
They managed to create remarkable dishes with simple, high-quality ingredients and made our celebration even more memorable.
We could not recommend them more highly: a true 10/10 experience.

Beautiful dinner in Bourgogne!
I hired Chef Nelson for a birthday family style convivial dinner in Bourgone. We were a group of 15 people and were looking for a cozy experience. We co created a delicious menu of roast beef, chicken, a few salads, Apero, and cakes.
The food was absolutely delicious and generous and the set up was exactly what I had hoped for.
Chef Nelson and his team left the kitchen spotless after cooking and made sure all dishes are cleaned.
Everyone was happy with the experience and I was incredibly grateful.

Highly recommend Chef Timofei from Portugal 🇵🇹
We booked Chef Timofei from TE Signature for a five day health and fitness retreat in Portugal, and they were brilliant from start to finish. We had a group of around 20 people, mostly men who train hard, so the food needed to properly fuel them rather than just look pretty on a plate.
When the first menu came through it was on the fancier side, lots of refined dishes, and we asked if we could strip it right back to simple, high protein, whole food meals. Timofei took that on board straight away. He reworked the whole thing with us, gave us a couple of protein options at every meal so nobody was ever stuck, and leaned into proper Portuguese cooking like piri piri chicken and fresh salads that everyone actually looked forward to. Every request we threw at him got sorted. We had guests with gluten free and dairy free needs, a birthday to cover, and a few fussy eaters, and he handled all of it without any fuss.
What stood out just as much as the food was how professional they both were. We booked only about a month before the event, which is not much notice, and they still made the whole thing feel easy and calm. Communication was quick, they were flexible, and they clearly cared about getting it right for our group.
If you are running an event in Portugal and you want food that is genuinely good, from a team that works with you instead of pushing their own menu, book Timofei. We would have them back in a heartbeat.

Wedding Day
We had Simone for our wedding and it was absolutely amazing! The food was great, everyone talked about it the days after and the aesthetic of how it was presented was also perfectly how I wanted it. I didn’t make a picture of the dessert buffet, but this was truly a masterpiece as well, he did a great presentation of that as well and especially the panna cotta was just wow! A wonderful culinary experience
Chef Valina created a truly unique and unforgettable experience for my partner’s birthday. She was exceptionally warm, welcoming and kind, and made us feel like true VIPs throughout the evening.
