I ordered checks and recieved a confirmation number. When I checked on the status the response was to check back in 24 hours. After two weeks the online updated the order was cancelled the day I placed the order. Customer service online confirmed I was a known customer by my past orders. Horrible communication unless you pay for expediated service.

I called first because our new business is using an online only bank and when I tried to put in the checks it wouldn't populate the name of the bank. The associate said it was fine it will get fixed in the plant. Today I go on their website and find the order was cancelled 9 days ago. No email, no nothing. I called and was told they CAN'T print the check. Really poor customer service.

I also have been a customer of Checks Unlimited for years with no problems BUT this order was different. While the routing number was right on the reorder slip it was completely wrong on every deposit slip. I had to talk to 4 different people, each one insisting that I was wrong and they were right, even the lady in the security department . I was told to call my bank and confirm that the deposit slips were unusable. I did call my bank and they did confirm that they wouldn’t accept them but Checks Unlimited still insisted that they were right and I was wrong. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with any company. I finally told them to just issue a refund to my account. I will never do business with this company again and I suggest that anybody that does consider using them to reconsider. They are are slow, make mistakes and absolutely refuse to take responsibility and their customer service is practically nonexistent. I would rate this company at a -0.

I paid for my checks on 8/10/2026 and still haven’t received them as of 8/26/2026!!!
I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!! Very rude customer service people!!! If I could get a refund, I would!!!

Ordered personal checks, was charged on my credit card, and received confirmation number for my order. After 14 days and no check order received, called customer service as the tracking shipping number on their website was totally erroneous. After 45 minutes on the phone, repeating everything three times, rep talked to someone else and said I could reorder or get refund in fifteen days. Now waiting to see if the refund will actually get processed or if I have to dispute charge on my card. Worst customer service I have ever had!

Terrible customer service. I moved and ordered some checks. Since my address didnt match my bank, they sent 1 email the day after saying they needed info, which I missed, then 4 weeks without communication. They claim they made robocalls but I have no record of them ever calling me. No accountability for their lack of follow up.

Ordered several weeks ago and never received my checks. They do not respond to emails.

In the past, I have been really pleased with Checks Unlimited's offerings. I used both the duplicate and standard checks, and they were quality, with quick service and a great price.
This time, though, not so much. The paper quality is really, really poor. Noticeably so. The printing is OK, but the biggest problem is that they send you 20% fewer checks per package than they used to, even at the increased prices. That makes for, even on sale, a 50% price hike.
To make matters worse, I opted out of their upsell to some kind of "security" features, but when I checked out, I noticed they had re-added it right as I hit send. A customer service inquiry led to no response other than, "we can't cancel or change an order."

This company, Checks Unlimited, has higher prices than their ethical values. Absolute waste of money. Leterally. I can discard a whole order. When I was about to pay for the order, there was a choice for shipping address, and another one for billing address. Well, the checks were issued with the billing address instead the shipping address. When I called, a friendly woman told me that the system does NOT recognize 2 different addresses on ONLINE check orders. Well thank you for the curtesy.

Checks Unlimited used to be my go-to check printing company. After my last order, they have lost my business. I ordered checks 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive them in the mail. Since I didn't pay extra for tracking, I have no idea when they will arrive. I've never paid expedited shipping or for tracking before and always received my checks quickly. Not sure what happened to this once dependable company.

Took FOREVER to get my checks. Why? Maybe they are not even a company and just order from another one. But they are so bad that I doubt that anyone else is as bad. They got my Account Number wrong. And months later my bank called and said they would not be able to accept another check from the set of checks i had. Which were from CHECKS UNLIMITED. Not sure why they come up on top of a search engine. They should have the best companies be the top. Obviously they pay to be on top. Its not their fantastic shipping or customer service. Because both of those are really terrible. I am never ordering any form them again. EVER!!!

Have been getting my checks from Checks Unlimited for about 20 years and they always deliver nice checks for a decent amount. I do try not to add on alot of extras to stay within my budget.

The WORST customer service. They are rude, disrespectful, don't listen and extremely not helpful. I am now out 90 dollars for checks I can't use and the company REFUSES to give me a refund.

My order was postmarked 5/8/26; today, 6/20/26, I received my order by return mail as undeliverable ("attempted--not known--unable to forward") even though it was sent to the address on my order form.

I had bad experiences with this company. I had ordered checks from checks.com who is their sister company. Well first of all they cancelled my order. Then I called checks.com to find out the problem. They said it was a security alert because I had ordered checks from 2 different accts. So they proceeded to reorder the checks over the phone for me. Then after another few weeks I called them back because I hadn't got my order yet. Then they wouldnt answer their phone. After a few days of trying to get a hold of them, I called their sister company checks unlimited. They tracked my order and said they were backed up on orders and it would be a couple more weeks before I got my order. The CSR was very rude to me! Then like 3 more weeks later I get an order from 1 of the accts. So I wondered what happened to the order from the other acct., so I called checks unlimited again to see if it was coming or not. This time the CSR was so rude that she started yelling at me and interupting me. I got frustrated and yelled back and she told me she would hang up on me if I didn't quit yelling. So finally she answered my question and then she DID hang up on me! It was 1 of the worst experiences I had ever had with a CSR. I will never order checks again from checks.com or checksunlimited.com!

Supposed to be shipped in 3-5 business days - third week and they still haven't shipped - customer service indicates another week or two. No email notification of the delay. Emails to them went unanswered. Called in and it took asking for a supervisor to get an honest answer about the delays.

If you have a need to contact customer service, don't bother emailing them. They simply do not respond. Bottom line, they apparently can care less whether customers are happy or not. Run clear of using them.

This is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with! It took over 2 months and many calls only to be told- the checks were mailed out 6 week after they were ordered! To make matters worse, the staff and supervisors were rude and unhelpful! They never sent emails with order number or tracking info. They do send many emails about more stuff to buy....
At the end, I had requested a refund and I hope it doesn't take 2 months to receive.
It's my fault for ordering without checking their reviews. I've never seen 1.4 🌟 stars in my life!

Would not print checks with my design I created. Very unprofessional.

Ordered checks from the company and I'm VERY concerned about the location of my checks. Checks Unlimited sent me an invalid tracking number and I've asked three times to have an accurate tracking number. I have been ignored. I called them and their office does not have hours conducive to my time zone. Their telephone systems seems to offer a status process, but that wasn't working either. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU MAY END UP LIKE ME, WONDERING WHERE YOUR CHECKS ARE, WHO HAS THEM, AND WHAT WILL BE DONE WITH THEM! HORRENDOUS COMPANY. I have saved all of my communication attempts. If ANYTHING goes sideways due to their horrendous business processes, I will sue them to recover any money taken from my account resulting from Checks Unlimited's negligence.
