Great Service from the Team - Especially Kate Williams
Kate Williams was extremely responsive & helpful with the process of getting our DBS and credit checks completed. There were a few systemic issues which she quickly got on top of to keep us on track.
I detect there is some ongoing behind the scenes development work being done but Kate was quick to help ensure our checks weren't delayed.
Our checks were completed very promptly and we now have our certicates & business receipts. Very pleased with the service overall and I would hesitate to recommend onlinedbs! Oh, did I mention their fees are very reasonable?!

I have been dealing with Janine throughout my various DBS applications and I cannot praise her enough. I have rung her regularly to bother her about the applications and she has consistently gone above and beyond to help me. She has been wonderful during this whole process and I cannot even begin thank her enough!
Thanks Janine for all your help.

Kate at this company is truly amazing a credit to the company
I was worried about using such online services for DBS for my job and she put my mind at ease , she took me through the process step by step and was absolutely wonderful.
If you have to use online DBS checking application site I RECOMMEND THIS ABOVE ALL OTHERS
I have had some done by G4S and was not impressed by their staff , in comparison this company exceeds all expectations and is trustworthy and fabulous, to top it off she has a great sense of humour and actually brought a huge smile with sense of relief.
THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD USE ANYONE ELSE NOW
