this is my first time booking a flight through this website because the deal looked really good.
I purchased the ticket online and received a confirmation email. however, the flight never showed up in my delta app, so I called customer service.

when I spoke with them, they completely changed the story. I had selected specific dates and airports for departure and return, but they told me

Cheap Vuelos is a complete scam. Hidden / fine print that says the dates are flexible. So basically the days you book will NEVER be honored. They will email and call back with recording right away to tell you a bunch of restrictions then a SECOND call to tell you the dates cant be honored....if you agree and don't pay attention this will null any future credit card complaint. Stay away. I demanded a supervisor (sounded brown...im sure its an INDIA scam site) and he did refund me when I told him i would do a charge back right now.

Avoid them as a plague
We bought with them tickets from Chicago to Cancun. The price was too good to be true and it was. They called us next day informing that ticked excludes any kind of luggage and our fare also excludes buying any extra luggage even at the airport. They suggested we buy another more expensive ticket to have a luggage buying option.
The airlines we supposed to fly was AA. We called the AA airlines to check if we have any tickets and were told they don't have any reservation under our name. We have already paid to "cheapvuelos" for non-refundable fare so we had to close our credit card to avoid paying for a scam tickets that were not showing on any airline flight schedule. Avoid them as a plague. The scam artists. What worries me that there might be more people like us exposed to those unscrupulous individuals.

I bought the round trip ticket last night, received a call this morning telling me 98% the flight will change the traveling date to whatever date they want as it’s “promotion ticket”.

Being told to pay extra around 80 to 120USD per trip to fix the travel date. No cancelling no refunding.

Hang up on me, terrible service.

Last night I booked a round trip tickets from the website. Received a call this morning told me there is a 98% the airline will change the ticket DATE, not time, DATE. Option is: pay extra 80-130 CAD each trip to lock the fixed date with different timing and whatever.

Talked to a supervisor, rude, interrupted me, impatient and hang up on me when I asked for specific policy from the airline, which they claim they have nothing to do with the booking that they are just a platform. Also blame me that I did not carefully go through the term on their website on the searching page:

I called the bank to report the website. I end up have to disable my credit card and get a new credit card.

Called the airline, airline delete Cheap Vuelvos' request on their side. Told me they booked 3 sets of round tickets without me aware of it.

In the end, after I have done all protection to myself. I called Cheap Vuelvos to make it VERY clear that I did not authorize any of the ticket booking and I will report them to authorized office.

They still refused to cancel the flight with a very rude attitude.

I bought a ticket and went all the way to the airport, only to be told that I did not even have a flight. This company took my money and failed to provide the most basic service. No notice, no explanation, no responsibility—just stress, wasted time, and frustration. This is careless, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I strongly warn anyone thinking about using this company: don’t do bad the worst

They are SCAMMERS and FRAUDULENT people in India.
They advertise "cheap tickets" that they don't make available and only want to STEAL your money.

I am not happy about this business. I bought my flights tickets from this website ( for first time ) and the price was very cheap and my flight was economy and I could have carryons plus personal items, but the email that I received told me that my confirmation is pending and I have to call them. After I made the call and gave my information to 3 people and being on hold for good amount they told me my tickets were “ restricted “ and that means I have to be in airport 6 hours prior to my flight, and no carryons and personal items allowed. I didn’t see that restrictions on the website although they claimed that was there( it is not the first time I bought flight tickets online from 3rd party). Long story short my options was to cancel my flights ( I already reserved my car rental for that trip from another place too) and lose my money ($660) OR upgrade to regular flight without restrictions for double price. I upgraded due to not having any other choice . I am not happy since I believe this is a trick and misleading customers. I won’t buy any tickets from this website anymore. Customer service representatives are very helpful but the company and policy is very tricky for customers.

No stars. Fraudulent website and scam. I booked a ticket by mistake thinking they were offering cheap tickets, however they have never given me a ticket but amount was debited. Then upon multiple calls, they were saying they booked standby ticket and i will receive ticket 1 day before and no confirmation, I need to beg with airline staff to get onboarded because it is standby ticket. There is no guarantee of travel and my travel date could extend upto 1 month or more since it is complete upto the airline to accommodate the standby passenger. They were casually saying if you are not allowed to board on the flight booked, you make visit to airport every day until you are boarded trying with alternate flights. They refused to give me a refund inspite me saying none of this told to me and with 6 hours of booking. I had to use the option to dispute through my bank to get my money back. However after that my credit card was used for other purposes (In Tesla charging station for 800+$ though I do not have Tesla and not used it). I had to close the credit card and deal with the bank rather than these guys. Do not ever attempt to book with these people. Regulatory authorities must take action with these people.

Trust in the 1 star ratings. It is a clear and obvious scam that utilizes fear tactics to sell you on fake flights. They advertise a real flight you are purchasing, then change up on you and inform you that it’s a stand by ticket. You will then be informed that they need to charge you an extortionate fee to confirm your flight details. They are abhorrent and criminally frustrating to work with, and are anything but cooperative. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother putting yourself through their scam. Think critically about the legitimacy of the 5 star reviews, and kindly recognize that they are anything but real. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

This site is majorly sketchy. They have all my info and credit card info, yet need to call me to confirm things before charging the card and placing an order with the airline to get an eticket. I had them read my info to me and I would confirm or deny, and was not willing to give more info to them. I called them out on a few things. Come to find out they sell you a standby ticket which is why it is a cheaper price than the airline charges. of course their price you cannot purchase travel and reservation insurance like through an airline, your ticket is non refundable, and you cannot have any baggage. They want to upsell you a baggage or carry on charge. There's no refunds or recourse if you have a ticket with them. You may not be able to make your flight, because you purchased standby reservation. Very sketchy and sounds like a scam...it usually is. And with it more than $100 cheaper than most or direct with an airline...its too good to be true. I was fortunate that I called the bank and turned my card off so they cant get any money. I went direct to the airline and paid 150 more with guaranteed travel and cancellation insurance, a totally refundable ticket and was getting free carry on bag allowed. Much better, and safer. I would not recommend these guys, and read the reviews first before you consider booking with them.

I booked tickets for the price listed, then the representative mentioned that I would need to pay twice as much in order to have some carrion items, if i didn't upgrade, my flight may change at the last minute.
I had no other choice, I had to pay what I was told.
My flight was on the 8th of November. It was time and I called to Check-in for the flight the day before on the 7th of November at around 8 PM. I was on hold 45 minutes and then informed that my flight is canceled and there is an option for all 5 passengers to fly on the 7th ( same day I am checking in ) at 11:58 PM If I am ok with that I would need to pay in addition $96+tax per each passenger = $525 . Sounds not good, does it?
On the way back I called to check in and had the same wait on the phone and then a representative emailed me Boarding passes, I looked and noticed that my flight was 2 hours earlier than the Original, basically if I didn't notice then I would be late to my flight with all my family.

This was the worst experience booking a flight! Online they sell a flight for about 450.-, then they send you an email to urgent call them back, and then they tell you that your allready booked and paid ticket will cost tree times more! After more than two hours on the phone with them mentioning the small prints etc. I had no choice than to agree on double the price with a different flight! This is absolutely a nogo! They catch the people with cheap prices online, and then they screw the customers like that! This was the first time and definately the last time I booked a flight with Cheap vuelos! Its also definately Cheap customer service! Minus any Star for that matter!

THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST SCAMMER OF ALL TIME. DO NOT ORDER A TICKET FROM THEM!!!Not only will you not receive services rendered. Your credit or debit information will be HACKED! On Friday, Oct 17th I arrived at my flight SPIRIT Airlines. Upon checking in I was told the confirmation code provided by Cheapvuelos was invalid and there was no sign of me on this flight. I called Cheapvuelos and they assured me that was an error and to go back to the ticketing counter and my ticket would be there. Once again Spirit had no record. Then the Cheapvuelos representative got irate. By this time my flight was taking off. I told them I wanted a full refund, and they kept saying the flight was canceled by Spirit Airlines while I was at the counter of Spirit Airlines. So, let's expose this company until it is SHUT DOWN! You are scamming people and do not care. I am making it a personal mission to get my money back and to help others. CHEAPVUELOS you are about to see some serious legal action! #Iamnotthe1 #fafo
