Really happy with the price of the of ticket and also the amazing and helpful service that was provided by Eric who made sure everything was set up correctly and even managed to get the baggage added for no extra cost. Thank you so much. The price seemed too good to be true but it’s all confirmed and Eric even took time to call me back and make sure it’s all sorted

Prompt service, unbeatable prices
Great service, it’s been an amazing experience. Lea Martin (Priyanka) has been very helpful in resolving my queries. In the age of call centres keeping you on hold for hours, them picking up the phone on first ring is just unbelievable. Price wise, no need to say that they’re the most competitive I have found on my last two bookings with them and even small perks added to my ticket (like free baggage) are just awesome. I hope they’re able to retain great employees like Lea and continue providing top quality service.

Adam was really helpful!!!
Adam was really helpful!!!
I had a situation a day before I was flying, which has affected my holidays!
I have contacted to ask a couple of things, and I have just being helped by Adam, initially via chat, then he gave a call to explain me things better.
I have to say, he was really nice, very helpful and patient as I asked tons of questions.

Rare GREAT Customer Service
I have had 2 great experiences so far with 2 separate representatives (Jenny Smith the first trip across country and especially Zoe Carter on the way back)! In a time when customer service is severely lacking, both of these ladies went above and beyond to the point where I was questioning what the catch was! There was no catch or trick or scam, it was legitimate great service and I highly recommend cheapticketsdeal, as a seasoned traveller, because of them! Thank you Jenny and Zoe!
