I don't know how they stay in business m bought a flight. Said we're guaranteed a ticket and would get confirmation on 48-72 hours . Next day called said said we aren't guaranteed a ticket. Stay far away from this shady company. It's mind boggling that they are allowed to operate

While we aim to provide accurate timelines, airline confirmations can sometimes take longer than expected.
Without receiving confirmation from the airline’s end, we are unable to provide a confirmed ticket to the passenger given the departure date. For this reason, we informed you about the situation promptly so we could make an informed decision.
As per the conclusion of our conversation, the reservation was cancelled to avoid any inconvenience closer to the travel date. We truly regret any frustration this situation may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Paul was very helpful. I needed to figure out how to pay the fare b/c my bank fraud declined it initially AND I booked on behalf of someone else so I wasnt able to view the reservation in my profile. Adam was wonderful. He was patient, polite, professional, and very helpful. I was hoping to receive a survey so I could express my appreciation. I booked my roundtrip flight but needed to change one of the flights due to an emergency. Since less than 24 hours had passed since my original booking, Adam was able to change my reservation.
