Lack of communication, I ended up dealing with 3 or 4 different people during my remortgage. I had to use Chattertons as they were on the panel from the lender however I never once had chance to speak with Neil who was supposed to be acting for me.

We are going through a voluntary redundancy programme at work. I contacted Chattertons to get support with the settlement agreement. From the outset they have been wonderful. She explained things so I absolutely understood what I was signing up to.
