Worst haircut trim
I came in for a haircut to cut off my dead ends. She didn’t wash my hair just dry cut it. I asked for her to take off the dead ends as it was getting tangled. She cut maybe 3 mm off all the time saying “gourgous “ “gourg” repeatedly. When I went to pay it was $70 for the worst trim I’ve ever had. I am so unimpressed as I had to go to another salon and pay for another haircut to get the dead ends cut off. Extremely disappointed.

Piercing error/earing deffect
My daughter's ear was pierced on an angle with the backing at the side of the ear rather than the back. This resulted in two piercing attempts on one ear before a good position was set. We were told it was a manufacturing defect with an earring, but not at the time of sale. We kept calm for my daughter not to panic, as she was already nervous about getting this done! There was a discount applied, but it left a sub-par experience for our family.
