Rolled the dice on a walk-in…
Rolled the dice on a walk-in appointment on a Saturday and I think their name was Sherri was available. They listened to what I wanted - a trim on the ends and bangs. Made sure I was happy with the end result and even explained why they didn't trim a section - it seems the last place i got my bangs trim took the wrong section and will have grow them out after she pointed it out to me.

Guess, each person has their own style. The new stylist's communication style left me with the impression that she thought I did not understand English. In reality, I am fluent in English and French.

They charged me $70 for just trimming…
They charged me $70 for just trimming my hair and that was just for 15 min and ret was washing my hair and blow dry and I did not even style it. I did not have time and while appt got done in 25 min but they charged me for for a woman’s hair cut for 45 min. This does not make any sense and I will not be returning back. And my daughter comes here and she will not be coming back either. Thank you
