Stylist was friendly enough
Stylist was friendly enough. It seemed like she was moving in slow motion. She cut my bangs, leaving fine hair falling all over my face. Made zero effort to clean the hair off until I asked her to do so! Four times I had to tell her above the eyebrows then had to get her fix my bangs, left side was hanging below the eyebrow , right side above the eyebrow. When asked her to fix it, it was like she couldn’t figure out why they needed fixing. Could have been a rough start to the day or just not quite awake yet, but I definitely will not booking with her again.

Donna was fantastic, great to talk to but unfortunately it felt she wasn’t update with hairstyles.
I asked for a certain style with a few thick/ chunky dark brown and red streaks( I had booked it as partial foils for a reason) . I was told that style didn’t exist so I brought out pictures. Definitely didn’t meet the mark, it’s very straight cut and won’t part anywhere but down the middle.
Way to many streaks were put in, I can’t tell what my natural color is… then it was over $215 when I had been a estimate online of 150ish. I didn’t have the heart to tell her it wasn’t what I wanted after she spent time talking how’s she been cutting hair over 30 years

It was a great experience!
They were all friendly and professional. My son is on the spectrum and hard to please sometimes and struggles with haircuts because of the itchiness of the pieces of hair on him during the cut. Donna made sure he was happy with his cut and was very friendly and welcoming.
