Absolutely LOVE Kent at this location. A loyal customer here which I’ve never been before.

I came in for a haircut to cut off my dead ends. She didn’t wash my hair just dry cut it. I asked for her to take off the dead ends as it was getting tangled. She cut maybe 3 mm off all the time saying “gourgous “ “gourg” repeatedly. When I went to pay it was $70 for the worst trim I’ve ever had. I am so unimpressed as I had to go to another salon and pay for another haircut to get the dead ends cut off. Extremely disappointed.

I had taken my mom in law to shave her head as she is going through chemotherapy for breast cancer, hence I had to inform them that the scalp is very delicate and sensitive so we need to be gentle. The lady at the reception desk was so kind and generous and said will take care of her today and dint charge us a penny. Very kind human being, My mother in law was in tears when I told her this and she appreciated her kindness so much.
Thank you very very much girl, you have a big heart and that goes long way. In this economy not everyone still thinks like you and we really appreciate you doing so.
The hairdresser was really nice and gentle too. He did an amazing job and made my mother in law feel comfortable and made her laugh so much that she didn’t feel sad at all to shave her head.

I liked the kindness and sweet personality of Cailley however it took a few visits to correct the problems. My only complaint now is that roots are not dyed the same color as rest of hair. The roots are golden and the rest is ash blonde. If Cailley wrote down the formula that she is using when I'm happy with end result next time in would just be a copy of the last, as it stands I'm getting a different shade every time.

Kent at Chatters Chinook gave me a really nice cut, my hair curls nicer now and gave me great tips on how to maintain it. I really appreciated his help and taking time to speak to me about my concerns. I also got the 50% promotion on my haircut. It was a great experience

I had Brian Bree cutting my hair. He was a very nice person, but seemed to be in a rush. I happen to grab him on his last day of work as he was transferring to Manitoba. The haircut was simple and just OK. It didn’t go out of his way to do as good of job as he could I think and he wasn’t very personable. He didn’t talk a lot and just seemed to want to finish fast and get me done. I think $75 was a lot for the work he did.
