Tried to cancel an accidental subscription due to their deceptive marketing and they would not do so even though I contacted them within the hour. Difficult to communicate with anyone because they operate from overseas. Don’t trust them!

Title: Terrible experience — do NOT buy Chatly purchased Chatly expecting a usable product and a straightforward refund policy. Instead I found a buggy app, poor customer support, and no visible way to get my money back. I’ve wasted time and money — this felt like a bait-and-switch.If you value your time or money, avoid this product. There are many better, more transparent alternatives. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Pathetic service. I had issues with the app not working, I could not use the online version as well. despite many attempts at a refund, they have not responded. I would not use this service at all.

I would do negative stars if I could. Do not subscribe to this service. Any company that won't refund you after an accidental purchase is a scam. I've emailed back and forth now with probably some AI chat bot they use and all they've told me to do now is to try their product which is trash or to read their refund policy. I was within the guidelines of a refund, told them so, and they are now not answering me anymore...

Copying ChatGPT, using Google adds to lure people in, the service charges money to give you the real AI's free options. I tried to find a way to contact them. It wasn't easy at all. Not that they returned my mail yet. I spent money on nothing. Any service that immediately refuses to return your payment is a hack. I'm contacting my credit card company to deny the transaction.

Their service is bad and I asked for a refund of $90 for a year and I have been trying with them for 3 weeks to get a refund despite the request from the first day of subscription. Then they said we will only get $60 back and they scammed $30.
It's really a scam company.

It is very very bad. I sent files to check the coding: it does not seem to receive them. The snippets it generates are just analogies of others it knows. it start with suppositions, not real solutions.
It makes terrible errors I even wouldn't make. Want money back immediately (4 hours into subscription and regret it: the plan said 'Pro yearly', and the invoice says "chatly basic"

Chatly is a scam. They set themselves up to be similar to chat GPT. That includes using a very similar logo. They also do not issue refunds for this kind of mistake. I could not cancel the subscription so I had to close my card and make a new one.

2 minutes after subscribing I realized that I have been misled.

I immediately send them a request to cancel and refund.
