I severely warn you to buy here. Facts: Purchase via the web on 16th of February. Order was confirmed same day. Payment per bank transfer on same day. 3 reminders per mail with attached proof of payment. Contact via their contact form to ask what happened. No response.

Surprisingly easy, excellent information, and superp delivery in a really nice box. Do not hesitate, this is a really good place to do shopping. Bought 10 wines, delivered on my doorstep in the center of Oslo Norway in 5 days. No hassel. Thanks, i will shop again.

Extra charges and now dishonesty - UK customers beware
Extra charges notified almost 48 hours after despatch to cover import tax to UK. This would have added enormously to cost of wine shown on invoice and order was immediately cancelled. It has taken 6 months to cancel the credit card charge for the wine, which was never received, and merchant has never apologised for misleading website and consequent
hassle.
The courier's own transit app disclosed the whereabouts of the wine to be Corbeille Essonne depot (South of Paris) at exactly 0708hrs on 10th March. My order was cancelled at exactly 0927 hrs and copied to UPS (Courier). All evidenced in writing. The wine was therefore demonstrably not in UK at this this time as UPS records and its own app will show. If you have not had your wine returned you need to address this issue to UPS not me. I have never received the wine (quite rightly) but Barclaycard advise me that you did collect the charge! You should be ashamed.
Potential UK customers beware. Wine probably OK (from wine pruducers) but "Chateau Com" utterly incompetent. Simple changes to website explicitly explaining substantial extra charges to be made for transit to UK in respect of wine ordered and details of proposed contract with courier explaining their charges would be simple and effective. But would of course eliminate any further trade with UK citizens. Beware!!

We have taken the time to respond to your very negative review.
We do not agree with you on this transaction and here is why:
A- You wanted to cancel the import of the wines, once packages were already in your country (on their way)
B- You want to pretend that you have never heard of the Brexit and its consequences
C- You buy wines without VAT or tax, with an invoice marked "duty free" and "export"
D- You mention that you want to cancel and write to UPS, but did it work ? No
E- Because of your refusal, the wines were blocked and never returned to us
Your bad faith and misreading is costing us €340 today, are you proud of this attitude and your ways of doing things?
We think that you are dishonest and that you have made a mistake which you are making us pay for, and moreover by giving us a negative rating. We have rarely seen such a dishonest person with so much bad faith, we are sorry about that!
UK citizen are welcome, of course the one who doesn't pretend not to know about Brexit :)

Simply forgot my order
By careful and always track Your order status.
My shipment was sent only after 9 days and bad review when i release that nothing happening. They don't send any confirmation letter that they receive payment and and nothing about difficult weather conditions. They just blame me that its my fault that i don't say that I'm waiting my order :) In general good selection of wines, but service at this purchase was very disappointing.

The most terrible service I’ve ever…
The most terrible service I’ve ever met. Will not advice to order here anything. First time, they sent my wine to another country, as can’t even control delivery address. After writing three times to support they said that will resend or refund me, but nothing happened. Next time I ordered, they even hasn’t sent my package. Just created label in UPS and it is still waiting to be sent for three weeks. I wrote them a week ago and no response. Very disappointed. So writing here, please send my wines, refund me or at least contact me.

First of all, that's right that we've made an error of adress on your first order, and redirect your parcel to the right place immediatly when have the info, no doubt we've made an error, it is anormal and we are totally wrong with this.
After that, you place a second order and leave an adress in France which is not corresponding to anything. I think it has been a mistake on your side, we have no access and no possibility to change any invoice informations once paid.
I've just cancel and made the refund for your last order, but we do not made any mistake with it.
It seems that you are prompt to put bad marks, that's your right. Behind this, there are thousands of people delivered and never have any single buyer stolen or something else.
I understand that your experience with us is not good, I am really sorry, we always do our best to deliver the best services for everyone.
