This is an interesting product.

My experience is based on ordering a skype phone.
The order process and receiving the product went well. Unfortunately the product was faulty and I wanted to return it. To return it I had to write back and forth with 3 different people, everytime receiving a "please rate our service" mail from them, which was annoying. When I returned my product to them I had to wait almost a month until they confirmed receiving my item and additional 5-7 working days before confirming that it was faulty. Furthermore I also had to pay the return fee with the postal service.
Now I have received my replacement product, it works, and therefore I give them 3 out of 5

IF YOU WANT TO USE SKYPE PHONE WHILE YOUR COMPUTER IS CLOSED, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE DUAL PHONE 4088 FROM CHATandVISION.

IT WORKS VERY WELL AND IS EASY TO INSTALL: YOU JUST PLUG IN THE WI-FI DEVICE TO YOUR WI-FI BOX, THEN THE PHONE TRANSFORMER INTO A POWER PLUG, AND IT WORKS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY.

Received wrong item has yet to send me a slip t return item. Asked to go ahead and cancel item because of delay I had to purchase elsewhere and no they are finally shipping my items. Still waiting for refund and a return slip for items over 2 months

The phone looses internet connection very often and this results in being offline most of the time.

I have never received an email or anything from chat and vision about my order, I needed to go and open a chargeback process with PayPal because I never had contact from chat and vision, I called the phone number shown in PayPal receipt and nobody answered in 1 week, I sent a lot of emails thru my email directly and support forms in chat and vision chat and nobody answered. They just answered when I started the chargeback and then to send this survey.

The product is very good. However, I don't know why the skype set up is private but people still get access via the phone to make request.

I removed long distance from our land line a couple of years ago and don't get reliable cell service where I live. I have relied on Skype for long distance. Unfortunately this meant sitting at the computer to make long distance calls. Call quality was usually ok but sometimes not. The RTX 4088 changed all that. The phone adapter plugs directly into my router (no computer needed) and sound quality is now the same as my local land line calls. Plus I can now move around with the phone just as a normal wireless phone. Great product!

The customer service that ChatandVision provide is very valuable, don't be hesitate to purchase products from this company.

I never needed to go find where the order was I received an email at every step letting me know where my order was. It even arrived earlier than expected. Most importantly it works!

The handset works as expected with one problem which may skype. When calling a cell phone get a lot of drops during the calls. Other than that sound quality is excellent and the handset is easy to set up. Would recommend to anyone with skype. One suggestion, need to come up a self stick phone hook to put on side of PC tower, desk or wall to hang phone when not in use. Just an FYI

The customer gets what he asks and more. Client is updated with order information frequently. Got package home as promised.

The item was sent promptly, and the only reservation I have is that the instructions for connection to the modem and powering up were a bit short on information, so if you had no computer savvy, things might seem complicated. Once connected it was a really great to have Skype showing on the handset and operating as easy as if you using the computer Skype system - the contacts all came through correctly and show whether they are phone or Sykpe contacts by way of an icon - as I said all easy.

The product I have ordered was shipped fast, and works perfectly.
Everything was superfine, but I had problems only with the payment options, there was none except Skrill. I would gladly pay with credit-card (mastercard/visa) and with Paypal. I do not like Skrill, and I had to make a Skrill account to pay on ChatandVision site.

I am enjoying the headpiece and will recommend it to all my friends.
