Chasing Treasure Recenzje

In any business all processes do not go perfectly. Working with CT there were some problems in having the product shipped (right product/wrong color). Customer service corrected the error, shipped the correct product. Their explanation for the error(s) were reasonable and they accepted full responsibility with a very professional, humble and refreshing attitude. So I can say their business processes are well executed in an acceptable and timely manner; knowing this I would recommend them to my friends.

Was told item was in stock, and it is a gift for a dear friend.

Now it is suddenly unavailable until the end of June!!!!!!!!!

Very poor service!

Chasing Treasure fulfilled my order promptly and correctly the first - something that doesn't always happen with other forms these days!

Very Easy to use, on time delivery and excellent customer service. I strongly recommend this site for online purchases, especially jewelry boxes. I love the stock, I can just go here and order one for any occasion, especially for presenting to my relatives and friends.

Great website, product was high quality and just as described. Easy transaction, thanks!

This site has the best prices and awesome collection of gift boxes. Highly recommend this site.

I ordered the jewelry box and my sweetheart has enjoyed it. A very good surprise.

The items on Chasing Treasure are very nice, and priced well. Would reccommend this web site to anyone, wanting a great shopping experience.

I used chasingtreasure couple of times to send gifts, I always got wonderful thank you notes. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

I wanted a keepsake jewelry box to give to my 8 year old after getting her ears pierced on her birthday. We both love it!

I recommend Chasing Treasure for beautiful heirloom jewelry boxes. The wooden one I bought from Chasing Treasure is very high quality and I will enjoy handing it down to my daughter some day. I'm very happy with my purchasing experience at your store. Thank you!

They were extremely slow on responding to my phone calls/voicemails. I only talked to a real person once. Then, they didn't respond to emails effectively. The item was good, but the purchase/return/exchange process was horrible!

beautiful product, great service

Chasing Treasure was able to accommodate a large order on short notice. The gifts went over well. Thank you.

We were very excited to discover you! All correspondence was efficient, relaxed, and helpful. Can't wait to give it to our daughter. Thank you!

love the ring, love wearing it...great website

This is the best site I've found for the best variety of jewelry boxes and which make great thoughtful gifts!

I searched the internet sites until I found the right jewelry box. The information on the item (important information like size) was excellent and the picture helped me to make a decision. The shipping was prompt and the packaging impressive. There was no way anything could harm that jewelry box the way it was carefully packed and protected.

Your customer service was great helping me sort out an ordering problem. Item came on time and was just what I wanted. Would not hesitate to use or recommend this company again.

Did not have first choice item but second choice was ok. It didn't match decor as good as other one but it looks nice.
