I Switched from Tmobile to Spectrum mobile because It was cheaper. I wanted the same features as I had prior which they said they could match. I was not informed that the phone insurance breaks down in to different plans. Tmobile charges 18 as my insurance at spectrum was 5 dollars. At least that is what I was told. My phone cannot turn on and my insurance does not cover mechanical. Had I Known upfront , I would have gotten the insurance that covers that issue. My claim was not granted and now I am out of phone.

I had Spectrum internet in my home. They offered a year of cell phone service as a promo. I decided to take the service. Two days before the activation my paid internet was turned off due to the mobile department canceled my appointment. I fired Spectrum and use TDS. A bit more money but the nagging promos are gone

The coverage is excellent, it's using Verizon's towers, but costs 1/3 of Verizon's price. I also have to praise the Santa Monica Spectrum store. Fidel, Oran and the rest of the staff are welcoming, friendly, and so helpful. I went in to add a line to my plan, and they helped me find the least expensive option to do everything. I cannot recommend them enough!

I signed up for Spectrum mobile at the end of May, I was told that if I sent in my documents within 30 days they would pay off my current phones. I emailed them my documents within the time period as I was instructed by a Spectrum rep. They are telling me they are denying because I didn't use the link I was emailed, I instead did what customer service rep told me to do.
