I have not left a review on a website before but felt i needed to following my recent charm purchase ! The whole ordering process was simple and the charms arrived the following day - beautifully wrapped with spare tissue paper and a gift bag !!

This company were able to provide charms I was unable to find anywhere else; that includes shops, shop ordering systems, other web sites and even Chamilia's own site, when trying to replace sentimental charms when my daughter's braclet was stolen. They were exceptionally quick, a couple of charms came within 24 hrs. I was a little dubious about using an unknown site but I couldn't be more pleased. I have no problem with recommending Charm Heaven to everyone.
