I am deeply disappointed with this…

I am deeply disappointed with this company I made an order for 200 dollars clear back in end of January beginning of February and still haven’t received it I have contacted customer care several times to just get the run around they said they would send another order back in June and that never showed either I honestly don’t believe they even sent it. I keep asking for my money back since I’m not going to receive the items I ordered and keep being told they were gonna check into the shipping and get back to me and have never done that once now that it’s December I have reached out several more times and they have quit responding to me at this point it feels like I have been stolen from I can’t believe that a high earning company can’t simply get me my items or give me back my money and no longer have the decency to respond I would never order anything from these people as they are dishonest and do not value their clients

Poor quality, no refund, terrible customer service

The clothes are poor quality and returns are not free. Charli London received my return 10 days ago according to the Royal Mail tracking and I still haven’t received any confirmation or refund from them. I’ve contacted them twice and just receive a generic automated response. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!

The staff at the Muswell Hill store are impolite and discourteous. I went there with my mum and her friend, who was visiting from the States. It's safe to say we won't be popping in again.

Great quality

I am so pleased with my purchase of the Iris satin dress in eucalyptus. The dress is one size and incredibly flattering. The quality is excellent and the colour is true to the pictures.

Flattering fit and beautifully soft

The cardigan is beautiful, soft and classy. As I’m a size 8/10 and this garment is one size I was worried it may be too big but the cut and shape ensures it would fit and flatter all.

AVOID - this shop RESELLS from temu

Bought a knitted jumper for £75 only to find it on Temu later for around £10 which means the shop applies a criminal +650% markup. Disgusting.
And the quality is also extremely low (as you would expect for stuff sourced on Temu) because the jumper started bobbling after a single use.

Edit: Don't trust their deflecting reply, I purchased from the official website and then saw the exact same item on Temu. They are scamming people into thinking they are buying quality items when in fact there's no quality and an extremely inflated price. Avoid.

Let down with different lengths to same item in different colours

I have ordered before and kept a shirt which i love. This time i spend hundreds of pounds and got different colours sizes etc in a jumper skirt co ord in two different colours.cost 300 for two sets . I was very disappointed to find tops differed by at least 5 inches in length in some colours same design!. So indicates a very glam front to a very cheap quality goods shop. I returned sending clear pics and my disappointment. I paid full postage for one return and they sent me a label for second but I have never receivd one word of communication about what went wrong. I really wanted items too. Dont get me wrong they refunded me but I am now dunious of quality.would be very wary ordering with this company if everything they sell is different sizes...I sense China
