You accept payment on product that you…
You accept payment on product that you don't have, and a refund is only available up to three weeks after placement of the order. Thus, use other people's money to run your cashflow.

I’m really sorry for the inconvenience and completely understand your concern.
The refund was processed on 31st July, the day after your order was placed, and a confirmation email was sent at the time. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing speed, which can sometimes take a few working days.
We’ve recently experienced higher-than-usual order volumes and had to manually send the last few units of stock through our partners. Unfortunately, those manual orders didn’t update our inventory system in time, which is why the product still appeared available at checkout. I truly apologise for the confusion this caused.

Service excellence beyond expectation
Service, especially your order processing, updates to customer and overnight shipping although we live in Bela Bela, Limpopo. I ordered +- 14:00 and it was delivered 7:15 next morning

Charava's products and service remains consistently excellent! In addition they only use Courier Guy, with temprature controlled delivery vehicles. You can use Charava's products with complete peace of mind.
