Excellent Customer Service When Things Didn't Go to Plan
I recently placed my first order with Charava and was really looking forward to trying their Magnesium Glycinate, so I was disappointed when I discovered it was missing from the package that arrived.
That said, I wanted to leave a review because the customer service I received was genuinely excellent. Marie responded quickly to my emails, kept me updated, and was friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the process. Although the product remained out of stock longer than expected and they couldn't provide a confirmed delivery date, they were transparent about the situation and ultimately processed a full refund, which I have now received.
Of course I would have preferred to receive the product, but I came away feeling that Charava genuinely cares about its customers and communicates honestly when things don't go according to plan. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, that deserves recognition.
I'll happily consider ordering from Charava again in the future.

We had an unexpected surge in Magnesium Glycinate orders which unfortunately meant that by the time we got to your order, we did not have enough stock to fulfil it. This should have been communicated to you straight away and I am truly sorry that it was not. You have since been refunded for the missing Magnesium Glycinate.
This is not the standard we hold ourselves to and we genuinely hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust in us.

A comedy of errors and useless apologies
These Guys are very hard work to deal with
and impossible to contact ,with no phone number and an obscure physical address in the middle of Sandton
They have abused my subcription send incorrect requirements /debit my card incorrectly
Initially they were out of stock of my product request for 3 months . Now ZERO sign of my DELIVERY!!!!

SHOCKING SERVICE LEVELS
I am shocked that you have sent this email!!
Last week I cancelled the subscription which was not initiated by myself. I asked for a refund of a purchase that I DID NOT make. AND i asked to be taken OFF your database, and here you are again contacting me....
I think your company is doing a shocking job! Your system is running the show and its clear the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
Kindly send me the number of your MD. I would like to call him or her.

Hi Catherine, thank you for your feedback. We do want to address the points raised here so other customers have the full picture.
When a product is added to cart on our website, customers are presented with two clearly displayed options before checkout: a one-time purchase or a subscription. The subscription option was selected, which is what triggered the renewal charge. This was explained to you over email, and we were glad to see you acknowledged this and confirmed you were happy with the resolution at the time.
Our team cancelled the subscription and processed a full refund straight away, and we were happy to do so.
The email you received afterwards was an automated review invitation that gets sent when a purchase is made. This should have been cancelled when we processed your cancellation, and we apologise for that oversight on our end. It was not intentional and we completely understand why it came across the wrong way.
We hope this clears things up. If you ever need anything, we are always here at support@charava.com.

Hi Aneesa, we are really sorry about this. When your subscription renewal experienced a technical failure, our team attempted to resync it on the backend, which unfortunately triggered a second charge. This was an error on our end and not something you should have had to deal with.
The duplicate order was cancelled and the charge was refunded as soon as we became aware. We appreciate your patience and we are sorry again for the inconvenience this caused.
I am extremely pleased with the NMN…
I am extremely pleased with the NMN tablets. Since using the product, I have noticed a significant improvement in my skin texture, a visible reduction in pigmentation, and an overall increase in my energy levels and sense of well-being.
While the product is relatively expensive, I believe it is well worth the investment given the results I have experienced.
I am also impressed by the excellent customer service and the speedy delivery of the product. Overall, I have had a very positive experience and would highly recommend it.

When I placed my very first order there were two items that were not in stock, I was very quickly informed and told a refund would follow for the two items. Much time went by and no refund. I emailed at least twice to query this and eventually around the middle of May I was refunded, who knows what would have happened if I didn't pursue it,I was annoyed and disappointed
