Professional Deed Poll Service
I received the package in excellent condition, and the deed polls arrived undamaged. It included clear instructions on how to make them legally valid, which made the process straightforward.
The deed polls were exactly as I requested, and I found the website very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.
I'm very pleased that I chose "Change My Name" and would definitely recommend their service to anyone needing deed poll documents.

I would have given 5 stars but your site kept crashing time after time, I must have tried ten or twelve times before leaving it till the next day.
I am pleased with all the many and various aids you provide to help towards a smooth transaction as I doubt I could have coped without them.

Stopped replying to my emails.
Some staff have a really unprofessional tone to their correspondence which comes accross as patronising and derogatory.
My Address was not inputted completely right so it was delivered to the wrong address, they were very accusatory and blamed me for the whole thing, refused to contact the courier despite several requests, wouldn't entertain an the prospect of an IT issue. they wanted me to pay for the whole thing again from scratch and would not try to help. I have lost money due to interacting with them. Really disappointing service.
Edit: They have left a reply below, I have emailed them again. NO response. Lowered the rating by 1 star due to disingenuous reponse. Notice they didn't address my concern or the wrong address. They just denied my existence all together. If I could screenshot my uploads with my conversations with them, I would paste them here. AVOID.

Certificate arrived damaged
Certificate arrived damaged. Due to the flimsy envelope they use, despite charging £5.95 for delivery.
Emailed them, they offered a replacement which I accepted, only to be told I've received a £5.85 refund (they stole £20 for admin charges) so I was no longer going to receive a replacement. When I queried this, they said I could pay for a replacement myself. Shocking service. I would recommend using an alternative company.

To clarify, our standard policy would normally have applied an administration fee when processing a refund after production. However, having reviewed the circumstances surrounding your order, we made an exception and issued a full refund as a gesture of goodwill.
When you initially contacted us regarding the damaged documents, we offered a replacement. During the subsequent correspondence, it became unclear whether you wished to proceed with a replacement or instead receive a refund. To resolve the matter promptly, a full refund was processed.
We also take the condition in which documents arrive very seriously. Whilst we carefully prepare and dispatch orders, we rely on our delivery partners to ensure items arrive in good condition. We are sorry that your documents arrived damaged and will be raising this matter with the courier to help prevent similar issues occurring in future.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the pricing. Our advertised £14.95 price relates to the base deed poll service, and all additional products and services are entirely optional. These include items such as extra certified copies, delivery upgrades, digital archiving, and document packs, which customers can choose according to their individual needs.
All costs are displayed during the ordering process before payment is taken, allowing customers to review and amend their selections before completing their order.
Should you wish to speak to our team further on this matter, please contact support@changemyname.org, with your order reference number and email address used within your application.

A little expensive with all the add ons, they say it’s gonna be £14.99 but make you add on so many little purchases and it adds up quickly.

Thank you for your feedback.
Our deed poll packages start from £14.95, with additional services such as extra copies, expedited processing, digital downloads and archive services available for customers who require them. These options are entirely optional and can be selected or declined during the checkout process.
We work hard to keep our pricing competitive and believe our £14.95 starting price remains one of the most affordable professionally prepared deed poll services available in the UK.

The application is straight forward
The application is straight forward.
Processing and postage was very quick.
However it all goes wrong with the postage envelope. A plain white window envelope is used. It does not have any protection against being bashed and folded in transit. Today my deed polls were folded in half to be posted through my letterbox.
Why they can’t use a hard backed envelope I don’t know. My deed polls look so shabby!
Update** the company have kindly re issued my documents within an hour of me contacting them so I cannot fault their customer service team at all! However I still stand by the fact better envelopes should be used. That way Royal Mail couldn’t bend and fold them!

Thank you for your feedback — we really appreciate you highlighting that the application process and turnaround time met your expectations.
We’re very sorry to hear about the condition your documents arrived in. Unfortunately, this appears to have been caused during handling by Royal Mail, which is outside of our direct control. That said, we completely understand how important it is for your documents to arrive in perfect condition.
As agreed, we’ve arranged for your documents to be reprinted and resent at no cost, and we’ve also flagged this with the delivery provider to help prevent it happening again.
