The service is undoubtedly terrible. I ordered some glasses in December 2025 but they still haven't arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times to find out what was going on, but they kept telling me to wait until such-and-such date, and then eventually they stopped responding altogether. Now my order is stuck in limbo and I really don't know how to get it unstuck, since they won't even deign to respond to me.

Got a pair of glasses that didn’t work, and they don’t wanna return them. They answer every month on mail. Don’t buy from them

It's a scam, don't buy this... nothing ever arrives, they don't answer messages, and they certainly don't answer the phone... it's always the same message—claiming they have a high volume of issues, blah, blah, blah... IT'S A SCAM... I would like to give it less than 1 star

Avoid this company! I purchased glasses and needed to return them because they were too large. Website claims 30 days for a return window. I reached out 5 times to try to return them and received no response. If you purchase from them- plan on no returns. I would not recommend making a purchase

I still have not received the order and it is the 29th.

Four days after placing the order I received the following message.
"Due to an unexpected high volume of orders, we are currently experienced a short processing delay. Kindly allow us more time to pick and pack your order. Your tracking info will be sent promptly once your package heads out the door."

No additional information has been sent.
I have emailed the company twice with no response. I have called the customer service number and it is not functional.

At this point I am starting to think this is a scam as there has been absolutely no response from the seller and I am going to have to seek reimbursement then file a claim with the BBB and FTC. This is so disappointing as these glasses were over $400.00

Buyer beware!!

It has been over a week now and they havent even shipped my glasses yet. I sent an email and they sent an automated email saying they would get back to me. It has been 5 days now. STILL NO RESPONSE.
I guess I will just start a dispute with my bank because i cannot even cancel for some reason.
The customer service is HORRIBLE I keep getting these emails saying that they have SSOO many offers they cannot ship in time, looking at other reviews this is a normal apparently. You will never get your item in time.

I ordered a pair of their Dusk model on June 11th that was supposed to be a gift for fathers day, shippimg said it would take 2-5 days. It’s currently June 26th and i still havent received no update in regards to the shipping delay, and support has not responded to the email I sent a week ago. When I saw these glasses being promoted on a show like Jimmy Fallon’s, this is the last issue i expected to run into when purchasing them.

I would give my experience with Chamelo less than 1 star if it was possible. I placed an order for prescription Aura sunglasses in late December. After numerous excuses regarding delays, they have now completely stopped responding to my request for status. My refund request was also denied. I’m now 6 months into an order that I have paid for and have yet to receive the product. My frustration with this company is beyond measure. Needless to say, without even receiving the product I paid for, I entirely regret engaging in this transaction.

The glasses arrived but didn't match my style. As soon as you ask for a refund, they stop responding. I have sent several messages, zero replies. Forced to open a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered the Dragon Glasses to take on week long vacation in Hawaii. I received a "ready to ship" notice and then another notice several days later saying they were delayed. Guess what? I didn't get to take them on my vacation. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

However they were waiting for me when I returned and I have to say they are pretty cool. This makes my 4th pair of Chamelo sunglasses. Very innovative! I look forward to more new styles.

Ordered on the 6th of June. It hasn’t even been dispatched yet and they’re not responding to my emails. Do not order from this company.

I bought a chamelo musicshield glasses at retail store (athlo mx) in Mexico. This pair came defective, they were replaced by sending 2 glasses (shieldfire + Falcon Ice) this happened on jan 2026.
Now on june 2026 Falcon Ice glasses just stopped darkening. At the end I paid for Music Shield glasses and got only shield fire. I´m trying to contact chamelo trough hellochamelo and phone calls with no reply. Local retail store just say that they dont have any reply either.

Bad warranty department attention :(

I've not got any update on my paid order after 4 weeks...is it a scam brand???

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Chamelo over 10 days ago and have received absolutely no tracking information, no shipping update, and virtually no communication from the company.

I've sent 3 emails and called approximately 10 times. After finally getting one response, I was given no useful information about my order and then completely ghosted afterward.

I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. If there's an issue with the order, just tell me. Customers shouldn't have to chase a company for basic updates after spending their money.

At this point, I don't even know if my order has shipped, is delayed, or exists at all. I simply want the sunglasses I paid for or a clear explanation of what's going on.

Very disappointing experience so far.

I placed an order on the 14th and since then until today I have not seen any updates regarding shipping. I am still waiting for my order to arrive or at least an update from them on what is happening.
