I think you are customer friendly. You respond to customer's questions in a timely manner before and after purchases.Delivery had a little glitch ,the date having to change a few times which was not a problem but it was a split delivery where 2 like chairs came on separate dates .The first one was fine the second one the box was open and somewhat damaged, The contents were shrimp wrapped and protected so I didn't complain. You abided the promised discounts.My daughter was able to put the chairs together perfectly no problem.I love the look but I will definitely have to find some pillows for lumbar support.

The chairs were shipped promptly, and I liked how they kept me informed every step of the way. However, the chairs are not very comfortable. Also, I was hoping they were made a little bit better, but I guess you get what you pay for! Overall, a decent experience.

Great product at an awesome price
Great product at an awesome price. I ordered 2 sets of chairs. One set shipped immediately. The other must have had to come from the warehouse in China. It took almost a month. I got them a week ago but have not felt like putting them together yet. The color matches the new rug I got . I am so excited. Way cheaper than Wayfair! Will recommend.

We are pleased with the chairs we ordered. They appeared exactly as pictured and described. Unfortunately 1 box arrived damaged in transit and both chairs inside were broken. Luckily I had purchased the insurance they offered and they were replaced promptly. Overall pleased with our experience.
