I had an emergency and the call taker was understanding and reassuring. An appointment was given for later that day. I received a text when Plumber on the way.
My problem was fixed professionally and the price charged was very reasonable. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend and use this company again.

Disappointingly late, I booked an appointment for 0800 waited 30 mins and still no arrival. Phoned the company and the engineer had to do a job at 0730 but they’re on their way apparently. Nothing in the booking system says the appointment times are flexible until you receive a reminder the day before. Well, it’s too late to cancel at this point, and I’ve booked time off work. It’s not satisfactory for £90 minimum.

Upon moving to Lincolnshire we used this Company to install our central heating and shower.
Since then we have been in contact with them via email regarding the many problems ranging from a rusty bathroom radiator, pipes not fixed to walls, poor siting of pipes,incorrect installation of lpg bottle system etc.
She has continually agreed and promised to rectify but then does nothing.
Her last email assured us they would be sending a senior engineer to rectify the problems.
Again nothing has happened. We only discovered some of the faults when a gas engineer from another company called to service our system.
This company does not deserve your business. Look elsewhere

Quality meticulous workmanship from a courtesy team. His pipework and cabling was incredibly neat and well thought. He also went the extra mile to use spare time when waiting on the new tank filling to help give advice / assurance on other items in the home, rather than taking a break. A really excellent plumber who works hard and ensures that his apprentice is learning from him throughout the work.

From the first point of contact through to completion of installation of heat pump and air conditioning we have received a professional and first class service. Would highly recommend this team.

I wanted to replace my old electric storage radiators with a modern air to water heat pump system but needed advice and more information than what was available through the usual sources.
I contacted four suppliers and chose Central Plumbing and Heating for their ability to listen to what I wanted and their expertise in designing a system to suit my needs without any hard sell or overkill, not to forget a very competitive price.
The installation included heat pump, boiler and radiators and was completed in 5 days by an engineer and assistant/apprentice with explanations and advice at every stage. They were prompt, polite and hard working and cleared up every day before leaving.
I am very happy with the system now providing me with background heat all over the bungalow at a much lower cost than the storage heating.

Two leaking radiators replaced and then taken away. Service was speedy and prompt. Have previously used this company to annually service boiler. They have also disconnected and then reconnected gas hob, when having work done in kitchen. Always on time and good quality service. Will continue to use this company.

Very pleased with this company. I needed a Boiler Service and help with registering my boiler with Gas Safe Register and they did both these things quickly and efficiently. Engineer was polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing/heating needs.

Engineer arrived on time, carried out the boiler service efficiently, explained what he had done and that all was working well, nothing requiring attention. Report was sent by e-mail very promptly. Good company to deal with.

Central Plumbing and Heating recently fitted two bathrooms for me. Work started on the agreed week and was all completely to a very high standard in the timescales predicted. Good communication with the plumbers on the ground throughout and good decisions made in my absence when I was abroad by the Office Manager Claire. Excellent company. I won't use anyone else because my experiences to date with Central have just been so good that I KNOW I can rely upon them every time when I have plumbing or heating jobs. Charges are reasonable and fixed price quotes are always kept to.

Rang in the morning and by early afternoon the plumber had been and fixed the problem. Perfect service from the helpful lady on the phone to the plumber who got my hot water issue sorted. Would definitely use again.
