Celzoir Recenzje 

Item arrived faulty. Tried emailing the two contact emails, both bounced back. Called the number, after some rings, "you've dialed an incorrect number" message.
Does not appear that I'll be getting my money back.

This is how Celzoir operate:-

Misleading UK Presence: Celzoir uses a UK-sounding name, website, and sometimes probably a fake or non-returnable UK address to appear as a local business.
(yes Celzoir did this - a very convincing UK-based website but phone number didn't work).

Shoddy Goods: The products, usually clothing or small items, are low-quality, substandard, or not as described in the glossy online adverts.

(Definitely, not described accurately or photographed well. Very low quality.)

High Return Costs: When a customer wants a refund, Celzoir directed me to a return address in China. The cost of international tracked postage would exceed the item's value.

Oh yes, many emails from Celzoir saying please return to only China despite giving a UK address on their Returns page and original packaging. I didn't send it back their London address for fear the place does not actually exist, the package was "lost' and they would then refuse any refund.

Partial Refund Offer: Celzoir might offer a partial refund (e.g., 10-40%) for you to keep the item, knowing you are unlikely to pay the high return shipping costs.
(We went on like this exchanging emails, some in French to confuse a bit more. They neither listened or cared - a totally crap scamming company)

Ho acquistato un lampadario a sospensione da 400€. Non vale i soldi dati. Vale decisamente meno della meta’ dell’importo chiesto. Un’estremita’ dell’asta dove tiene le lampadine e’ rotta. E non penso che sia stato il trasporto visto l’imballaggio importante che aveva. Penso che sia proprio partito cosi’!!!!

I have received a product not conformed to the description. I’ve order a lamp and I’ve received a deco object.

The site refuse to refund me. They ask me to pay 35 euros to send back the product to china (I’ve paid the product 40 euros)

Pessimo servizio e qualità dei prodotti e falsi sconti. Ora il prodotto che ho pagato 94€ ora costa 46€. Ho chiesto il reso perché qualità pessima e colore sbagliato, è iniziata una trattativa via mail nelle quali offrono rimborsi parziali,fino ad un massimo 25%,quando nella loro politica di reso c'è scritto che lo puoi restituire aspettando una loro etichetta di reso. Sennò altra opzione puoi restituire il pacco,ma in cina,quando la sede centrale è a Londra e il pacco in realtà è arrivato dall'italiano con spese di spedizione assurde,che superano il prezzo del prodotto stesso

received order here to my home in italy, the cutlery was cheap thin and sized for a child. so I needed to return, on the site says return to London but no they want to return to china with tracking over €100 ! be aware

Ik heb een draadloos apparaat voor mijn smartphone gekocht op deze website. De aankoop en transactie waren heel eenvoudig. De prijs was goed en ik ontving mijn bestelling zeer snel. Ik zou dit bedrijf zeker aanbevelen.

Er was iets niet goed gegaan met me bestellen maar werd daarna wel opgelost.

Super fijne service bij deze winkel!

Ik wilde weten of ik de lamp makkelijk kon installeren en ik kreeg van de klanten service een hele fijne uitleg. Ik heb de lamp binnen en hij staat super mooi in mijn woonkamer, erg blij mee!

Ik had een aantal lampen besteld en toen ze binnen kwamen was ik aangenaam verrast door de top kwaliteit! Ik zou zeker het aanraden om hier wat te bestellen en ik ga binnenkort voor mijn nieuwe huis samen met mijn vrouw nog een aantal mooie lampen bestellen! Levertijd was netjes en het contact met de klantenservices was uitstekend.

Mooie hanglamp gekocht. Klantenservice was heel vriendelijk en kon vakkundig antwoorden op mijn vragen. Snelle levering. Specificaties komen overeen met wat vermeld staat op de website.

Prima service, had het verkeerde item besteld. Even gemaild en werd vlot opgelost.

Had a amazing lamp come in today, it just took a little longer to arrive as expected. But the customer service helped me and assured me it would arrive soon.
