They are a scam. I ordered many weeks ago. They advertised it as a few days delivery time. They show it as still in transit. Their customer service is also a fraud. I will fight for my money back but don't expect it to be easy. They should be taken to court.

Approximately two weeks ago, I purchased an air conditioner through the Celzoir website.The advertising claimed it was half price at 674 pounds. After waiting 3 weeks now the heatwave is almost over I now wish to return the item and obtain a full refund. However, since placing my order, I have made numerous attempts to contact your customer service using the contact details provided on your website, but without success.

The telephone number listed on your website is either unreachable or no longer in service. I have also sent emails to your customer service, but have received no response whatsoever. This has caused me great concern and has led me to question the legitimacy and reliability of your company. It is difficult to believe that a company would provide virtually no after-sales support. I have even begun to feel that I may have been misled. This situation has caused me considerable stress. When it finally arrived yesterday it was a cheap model worth no more than a few hundred pounds.There is no warranty and no instructions on how to return item.
Please note I reserve all my legal rights and remedies in relation to this matter.I look forward to a prompt response and an immediate resolution.

Cheap and faulty product. Website says 30nday return policy but they won't let me return for a refund. Product doesn't work and has a burning smell. Do not buy from this company

I was looking for a cooling beds for my dogs, I looked on internet a fond you by chance, you had the size and price that was not was just right as I’m a pensioner, so every penny matters, also ordering was straightforward from start to finish (no hiccups)

Ordered on 10th.
" On its way " on 11th, use track and trace
On 13th still no info on track and trace
I e mailed to ask for an explanation and was told it would appear when the carrier had scanned it.
On 16th still nothing on track and trace.
17th " in transit " . Whoopee ! But this continued 18 , 19, 20, 21st.
Then on 22nd it says " mark order as delivered " . But it hasn't yet arrived 11 days after being told it was on its way.
Be wary.

Celzoir boast delivery within two days but in reality it more like two weeks. They tried twice to force me to redo the order telling me it is unfinished!!! When i sent the photo of the paid invoice they quickly confirmed and changed delivery time !!!!
I consider this a fraud!!!

So far so good, have notification that product is dispatched which is in line with expectations, so as long as it arrives as promised it will have been a very smooth process

Ordering was easy. Still waiting for product so can't comment on that. Delivery date has been missed.

Bought the travel neck pillow which took forever to arrive and a replacement had to be sent. It is far too small for an adult and I can’t even get a bit of the Velcro to meet to do it up
