I couldn't get it off
I couldn't get it off. I used eye maker remover and it still wouldn't come off it actually took some of my lashes off. So I use a lotion w/ oil and it took it off I will not be buying this product anymore. I hope my eyelashes grow back it was a few of them.

For easier removal, it really helps to use an oil-based or waterproof micellar remover and let it sit on the lashes for 15–20 seconds before gently wiping downward without rubbing. After that, you can rinse and finish with a little eye cream or nourishing oil to keep the lashes comfortable.

I am able to wear it all day without…
I am able to wear it all day without excess irritation and no tearing. Haven’t been able to say that in years. The liner stays in place, no smudging or disappearing. The mascara gives my lashes definition and people can actually see them. I am fair completed and my lashes are fairly light

Hard to remove
I love the way it goes on and stays on but it is very hard to remove. I feel like I am pulling out my lashes even when I use makeup remover for waterproof mascara.

Because the formula is long-lasting, it does need a bit of time to break down. We recommend using a gentle oil-based or waterproof remover, holding it on the lashes for 15–20 seconds, then wiping softly downward — no rubbing. A second pass can help without extra pulling. 🌿

Service was quick
Service was quick, the reason I didn't give it a 5 is because, I thought my lashes would be much longer. I have tiny lashes, it does help, but need several coats and then look like spider legs. First coat looks good, but still small lashes
