It can also help to hold a saturated cotton pad on the lashes for about 15–20 seconds before gently wiping downward, then rinse with lukewarm water afterward.

Good stuff
Fast shipping. Ordering was easy. Maskscara is good and thick. Don't have to keep reapplying to get good coverage. I just didn't like the small applicator bush it comes with.

A bit dissatisfied.
Please bear in mind I don't usually wear mascara but thought I would try yours for older women. I guess my lashes are kind of short and the mascara seemed to make them clump and barely show up. If you have any advice I would appreciate it.

For shorter lashes, we usually recommend using a very light first coat and focusing the mascara right at the root, then gently wiggling the wand upward to help separate and define. Letting the first layer dry slightly before adding a second can also help reduce clumping and build a more visible result.

Great lashes extension, difficult to remove
I like how this mascara extends my lashes without clumping! It goes on easily and it's easy to build length. I actually had a friend comment on my makeup!.
I would say the con for this product is in the difficulty to remove. I didn't realize that I was purchasing waterproof. This, however is more than water proof; it's makeup remover wipe proof! It's impossible to remove without using the wipe to pull on the lashes.

Quality product
It is a good product. I like the brush and the application of the mascara, which isn't clumpy and doesn’t smear. The mascara color and consistency are good, and it is easy to remove and seems gentle on lashes.

Difficult to remove
I didn't realize mascara was "water resistant" and when I went to take it off I discovered that my trusty Abolene make- up remover that I have used for years would not take it off. I went to your website and discovered that I needed an oil based remover. Abolene is made from mineral oil but is like a wax consistency , not liquid. I have used it to take off waterproof mascara in the past, but your product was MUCH more difficult to get off. I was very disappointed since I did like the way the mascara performed, but will not wear it again till I have the proper remover.

The mascara is wonderful
The mascara is wonderful; the eyeshadow stick glides on smoothly; the eyeliner is soft and easy to draw on and smudge; and the makeup remover makes taking off the makeup easy. Oh and the eyelash serum is spectacular. I now have eyelashes that I haven’t seen in years.

It goes on smooth and doesn’t irritate my eyes. It does lengthen my eyelashes a lot and removes easily. It’s water resistance but not waterproof.

Promises fulfilled.
This eyeliner is the first and only one not to "pull" on my wrinkly old lids. It is gentle and creamy, and the cool brown is subtle but telling. I am impressed.

Admirable Customer Service
I've worked with both Bella and Kimberly from your team. They both have been great at addressing an issue with the eyelash curler. The eyelash curler wasn't a good fit for my eye shape & unable to use it. With their guidance I ordered another mascara in it's place. They were very helpful in the process. Thank you both.

Not what I expected

My new FAVE eyeliner!
This is my favorite eyeliner. I had never tried a gel liner before, but this really works and I don't even have to work at it. It just glides on and looks good. What more could I ask?? I'm 66, by the way, and had given up eyeliner altogether before this. I've tried some pencils but always had a hard time keeping those sharp enough to make the fine line I wanted so gave up, but this really works nicely, and I don't even have to sharpen it!
