The remover is perfect

Love the mascara but hate that the wand won’t go back in the tube I have to force it in to get more mascara, then I get it all over my hands.

I don’t think I understood that this is…
I don’t think I understood that this is really a waterproof mascara that takes a different remover. And you kinda have to work getting it removed. But it does stay on. I wouldn’t use it for every day but maybe over my regular mascara just to hold things in place and then the full mascara for a special night out.

I like this mascara very much
I like this mascara very much, with one small exception. The brush is a great shape, with fine bristles to separate the lashes, and the mascara stays put all day. The only problem that I've encountered is that it is difficult to remove. Even Lancome eye makeup remover and washing my face with soap and water didn't do the job completely. Other than that, it's a great product.

Hard to remove
I like the mascara but it is extremely hard to remove. Is it waterproof? I didn't think it was. I have to use a makeup remover wipe and more liquid remover on a cotton pad to get it off. BOTH. Why is that?

Easy to apply. However, liquid make up remover doesn’t work in getting it off without several cotton swabs (3-4).
