Mini celebrities are brilliant!
They had exactly what I needed for a fun hen weekend. And the mini cardboard cut outs of celebrities are absolutely brilliant. The masks are strong and fit well with eye holes of you want them. Easy ordering and quick delivery. Thanks guys - awesome job 👏👏

Inaccurate Shipping Information
I contacted the company and Sasha couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. HOWEVER, the damage had already been done. If you order "after hours" I placed my order during business hours on a Friday with an expected delivery date 4 days away. I double checked before paying, their site never updated or changed the date or mentioned that there was an "after hours" or weekend delay. On Monday afternoon I received a notice that my order had shipped. It was supposed to deliver on Tuesday. On Wednesday I requested a tracking number, only to discover that my order wouldn't arrive until Friday (the day after I needed it). The site takes great pains to explain the US Postal Service and Priority Mail are unreliable, however, had my order shipped via priority mail on Friday, it would have arrived in time for my event. Instead, the order wasn't processed until Monday and didn't get to the post office until Tuesday the date that per their site said it would be delivered. Takeaway, only order if you have time to wait for delivery.

We are very disappointed too that Tasha feels we have let her down. It takes us one day to process orders so an order placed on Friday will not be despatched until the next working day. In this case Monday. Tasha's cutout was collected by USPS on Monday, but not scanned in to their system until Tuesday. It is a perrenial problem with the United States Post Office, they no longer scan on collection, as they used to, and it can take two or three days before they even scan packages in to their system.
According to the USPS Priority Mail to Tasha's address should take two days. It actually took four.
We do say on our Website that UPS offers a MUCH more reliable service.
Why Celebrity Cutouts is an amazing brand
I love my lifesize Machine Gun Kelly cutout! It’s very durable, super realistic, and accurate on height! The price was reasonable and the shipping was fast, easy to open, and the cutout was very easy to setup, in just seconds! Love this company and would definitely suggest to others and consider ordering from there again!

We sent this item with UPS and provided tracking information. We quoted five day delivery and it was delivered at 6.10pm on day five.
Unfortunately, our Email request for feedback was sent at 4.30pm that day. So factually this feedback is correct.
BUT, our customer knew it was on the way - from the tracking - and it is rather un-generous to leave feedback before the end of the delivery window.
Asked customer to revise feedback but has not to date. He did acknowledge receipt and that he was pleased with the product.
Harry Styles 2023 Grammy cutout
I received my first cutout for Christmas and I loved it so much I needed another. I ordered my cutout the day that it became available and it arrived 5 days later. The quality is very good and everyone who sees it, loves it. It is so much fun!

So much better than expected!
Actually turned out to be so much better than I expected! I ordered the Zach Galifianakis cutout for our office's new lounge area, and it has been lovingly adopted by the entire department! It adds the perfect "Between Two Ferns" accent to the lounge area's ambiance! Everyone loves it! Sturdy and easy to assemble--just unfold and pop out the back supports!

I queried whether there was a Jude Bellingham cutout available a few weeks but there wasn’t. I then received an email from Abbie with a link to the new one they had just produced so I bought it straight away. It’s fab and my daughter will love it when it’s stood pride of place at her 18th birthday party. Excellent service and quick delivery. Well impressed
