I flew from Australia to see Dr. Celal. After viewing many doctors online I thought what a great fit?! I went for rhinoplasty and breast lift and implants. The consultation was great. Though I left a little disappointed after he said I did not need implants, and I really wanted them. I trusted he’s expertise and we went ahead with the rhinoplasty and lift. My nose is absolutely perfect and now my boobs have settled, I see why he talked me out of implants, not just for the fullness, but the heavy lifting that come out of that. I would recommend everyone to Celal. It’s not about a ‘on stop shop’ but what works for you. I’ve been told by everyone that my nose looks like something that should have always been there and not a ‘surgery nose’ and the more my boobs heal the more I am happy I didn’t bother with implants. The package I got included everything needed and the response to any questions I had were answered quickly. Thanks again

I want to start by saying that the communication from the very beginning was fantastic. The patient coordinator, Selbi, was always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer all my questions. I had a couple of consultations beforehand because I was anxious, and they really put my nerves at ease. Everything was so well organised, from the consultations to the transfers, everything ran smoothly and efficiently.

The surgeon is absolutely amazing. He really knows his stuff and was happy to explain exactly how the procedures work. I didn’t want a completely different nose, just my imperfections subtly corrected, and that is exactly what he delivered. I’m just over two weeks post-surgery and I’m already so happy with the results, it looks completely natural, and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased. He explained from the start that the goal was to refine and improve rather than completely change my features, and that approach really shows in the final result.

I’m also really happy with the upper blepharoplasty. I had sagging, “crepey” skin that had been bothering me for a while, and even though it’s not fully healed yet, I can already see a noticeable improvement. My eyes look wider, brighter, and more refreshed, which has made such a difference.

On top of that, the hospital, transfers, and hotel were all excellent. Everything was efficient, well-organised, and the price was very reasonable for the level of care I received. Overall, the whole experience from start to finish has been professional, reassuring, and exactly what I needed. I couldn’t recommend this team more.

Before choosing him, I consulted with several surgeons since I was traveling from the United States to Turkey for the first time and wanted to be absolutely sure about my decision. After my initial consultation, I felt a little confused due to the language barrier, but his team quickly scheduled a second consultation to address all of my concerns. That extra effort made me feel comfortable and confident in moving forward with him.

Dr. Alioglu is incredibly professional, highly skilled, and has impressive credentials and reviews to support his work. I underwent two procedures: a revision rhinoplasty and a first-time breast augmentation.

The recovery process has honestly exceeded my expectations. The day after surgery, I was already able to lift my arms comfortably, and my breast augmentation recovery has been smooth and easy. I was initially hesitant about going over the muscle because most of my friends in the U.S. have implants placed under the muscle. However, he explained why over the muscle was the right choice for my body, and I’m so glad I trusted his expertise.

My nose is now straighter, more symmetrical, and I could breathe clearly through it almost immediately after surgery, which was amazing.

His patient care coordinator Selbi also went above and beyond. Even after I returned to the United States, she always responded quickly to any questions or concerns and never left me without support.

Experience was flawless from start to finish. Dr Celal was very thorough in explaining what may happen during surgery and knew about about the medical condition I have . I have ehlers danlos syndrome. The hypermobility type. Pre surgery he explained the issues that could arise because of my delicate tissues . Also letting me know that function is his number one priority and this had been an issue for me for many years as I could not breath through my nose properly. I explained I would like a natural look as well as fixing my severe deviated septum. He's very realistic and honest! I knew my nose would be a challenge for the latter reason and because the bridge was also super bent. But he worked very hard during surgery despite my very very weak septum and I am over the moon with the results ! And I can breathe . His assistant was super helpful and polite . The transfers were seamless and everyone was super kind. If I needed to ask any questions, I could ask via WhatsApp and would get a quick reply. The hotel we stayed in also had a nurse . I can not explain how much this made my healing smoother . Providing free care and ice packs when needed around the clock. I very grateful to dr Celal for helping fix the function of my nose and my insecurities regarding the external nose .

I traveled to Istanbul from another country for surgery, so organization and communication were very important to me.
I had rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty with Dr. Celal Alioglu.
The coordination process was smooth from the beginning. The team is always available on WhatsApp, responds quickly and helps not only with medical questions but also with practical and cultural aspects of the country. Airport transfers were arranged as well.
I chose the package including accommodation, and I highly recommend it. They know the city well and select comfortable apartments close to the clinic. It is convenient and often more cost-effective than organizing everything independently.
You can also travel with a companion. My mother stayed with me in the hospital room — she had her own bed and meals, and there was no extra charge for that. This made the whole experience much more comfortable and less stressful.
For international patients, I would suggest coming in spring or autumn (even better during Ramadan), as winter is a high season for medical tourism and it can be busier.
I am very happy with my rhinoplasty result. My nose looks natural, harmonious and fits my face beautifully — like my own nose, just more refined.
During surgery, the doctor suggested adding fat transfer under the eyes using my own fat. Since I was already under anesthesia, I agreed. As an add-on procedure it was economical, and I’m satisfied with the result. I paid with AmEx.
Regarding blepharoplasty, there are still minor scar irregularities along the incision line. I am continuing scar care and may consider further refinement in the future.

Vom ersten Beratungsgespräch bis zur Nachkontrolle habe ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Dr. Celal ist sehr professionell, ruhig und erklärt alles verständlich. Er nimmt sich Zeit und geht auf alle Wünsche ein.

Der gesamte Ablauf war perfekt organisiert. Der Transfer vom Flughafen, zum Hotel und ins Krankenhaus hat reibungslos funktioniert – ich musste mich um nichts kümmern. Auch das Krankenhaus war sehr modern, sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und fürsorglich.
