All items are overpriced by almost 50%. "Refurbished" means we are selling really used and patched together computers and sell/lease them for way over retail price. Often the power adapters that are shipped with computers are wrong or don't belong with that model.

Although I've had better communication with my current sales rep the previous sales rep was unresponsive and didn't like that fact that I continuously proved that items are overpriced.

The Canadian border is a logistics nightmare. If I send computers back for warranty replacement it might take months to get them back.

The only reason I still deal with CDI is because I have what is left of a 4 year lease. I don't even consider them for future leases or purchases. You'll pay twice as much and get half the value.

Quality products and great customer service

Service is FAST and accurate. Support is simple and Warranty claims are done without question.

I had to visit CDI twice for an order that I had placed two weeks ago. Once they could not find my order although I had confirmed it beforehand. I would expect someone to take ownership of things.

I have never had a bad experience with the personel or the equipment that I purchased.

I have always had well informed, trustworthy information from my representative. The hardware has always been high quality at a good price. Communication has been quick and efficient. We have been ordered 4 times over the last 5 years. They are our go-to vendor for new and refurbed machines.

Working with CDI is great and I have no major issues. The only problem I have is response time to inquiries. It usually takes a second email to get a response. Also, phone calls to reps is a waste of time as they never answer.

Very bad experience. Incorrect product ordered and delivered, poor support with iPads not prepared properly, poor communication and much more. Despite initially working together and agreeing on a fairly large order everything fell apart and it was far too difficult to get the issues corrected.

CDI is a wonderful company to work with. Our sales rep, Kent Davidson is extrememly professional, and very quick to respond tp every email and phone call that we present to him. I am looking forward to working with CDI and Kent even more in future endeavors.
