Lamont was as all are at CCTV very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
It was a pleasure to speak with Lamont he’s such a lovely guy and he sorted out our problem in no time at all.
I can’t praise CCTV enough for there service.

Outstanding Experience with CCTV Direct

I recently bought a new Triguard 3.0 Owl View camera but was using it with an older, non-smart NVR and needed some help setting it up. Lamont at CCTV Direct was brilliant—professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He guided me through everything efficiently without rushing. Always a pleasure to speak with him—highly recommended!

Great assistance from Dan

Great assistance from Dan re changing the IP address of a camera not connected to the NVR. All sorted by him in a few minutes but it would be so much simpler if there were a set of instructions available online for registered installers that we could refer to out of hours.

The team at cctv have been exemplary from start to finish. They personalise the whole process from start to finish and they care! Even when setting it up , their after service was excellent friendly and professional. This company is a top banana!

Great sales and tech team!

CCTV direct are always easy to deal with. Sales team know their stuff and deal with things quickly and efficiently. The teach team are fantastic! Straight talking and get you answers when you need them. A great company to work with.
