Delivery was great arrived as stated I bought the wireless dongle for my Swann DVR but there are no instructions so can't use it as yet.

Hi Stephen,

Thanks very much for the feedback. Unfortunately - as state in the description - the device works with most Dahua Technology DVRs and NVRs and most Dahua OEMs. Swann is not (or at least not officially) a Dahua OEM. If your recorder has a wifi feature built-in into the firmware it may work simply by plugging in the wifi adapter in a free USB port. Usually the wifi menu of the recorder should come up automatically and show the SSIDs in your surroundings (as explained in the product description under Tips and Hints). If that is not the case you can still check in the wifi menu on your recorder (that should be explained in the manual of your recorder). Otherwise the wifi adapter and recorder may not be compatible.
Anyway, if it is no use to you please let us know and we will arrange return under our 30 days money back guarantee.
