Hi there, you placed the order on 6th January 2021, the courier picked order up on the 8th January 2021. As explained several times: all shipments to the UK from abroad have to go through customs checks since the 1st January 2021 . As you may be aware of the fact or not - that has caused immense issues with shipments to and from the United Kingdom. You have been updated regularly on the package process, tracking numbers and information how to obtain your shipment from Parcelforce have been provided. The delay is completely out of our hands, since we provided correct information for customs clearance and unfair to blame us for issues we are not responsible for.
