Totally switched to CCM

I never really used CCM equipment in the past, but the new tech and fit systems CCM has now fit and protect me way better than other companies. I have found that the Tacks line is best suited for me for my position and level of play, as well as my age bracket. Proper fitting gear has a huge impact on your game, and CCM has fit that. THANK YOU CCM.

Stick quality questionable/ Warranty claims are extremely difficult

Warranty claims are extremely difficult.
The process is dragged out.
Maybe the have quality issues if the warranty department is overloaded.
The explicit warranty web page is not available for weeks.
I do like their Jetpro FT9 Pro Stick feeling, but having two sticks each for USD389.98 +tax snapped at moderate loaded shoots in the first week of use doesn’t speak for CCM product quality.
Tip: If you purchase more than one stick, use them alternating. This may avoid bad surprises after the 30day warranty periode for CCM hockey sticks.

I ordered one CCM hockey stick

I ordered one CCM hockey stick, but CCM mistakenly duplicated the charge and sent two separate shipments. I did not authorize or intend to purchase a second stick. I contacted CCM to return the duplicate stick and receive a refund, which is permitted under their return policy, but the issue has not been resolved. I am disputing the duplicate charge and requesting a full refund for the second stick.

The order shipped in multiple shipments, not everything has arrived yet. I have no way of searching individual items and when you're missing a $450 stick its kind of a big deal. Our order total was over $2000.00 so get it won't fit in one box but it be nice to see where its at.

CCM makes great products but needs to up their game on delivering them.
