I love my EK11! It's an AMAZING ebike! I've had several questions for Cybervelo since I got my bike and they have answered every single one of my questions. All in all it's a great ebike and great company. 10/10 I would recommend!

Quality, easy to put together and fun to ride also battery good for long ride but have spare battery handy.

False advertising product never did what they claimed it did. Also product came crushed damaged. Customer service horrible. Customer service idea of making things right completely way off the mark. I would never promote this company to anyone. This customer completely dissatisfied with their idea of a resolution and again false advertising with their products because they fall way short of the mark which they claim.
I have already spoken with the support team from cyber Velo and to this day the issue has never been resolved. Again I am frustrated with your customer support due to the lack of any acceptable resolution.
You sent me an electric bike that was unusable and damaged and to this day I cannot write it nor have I gotten a refund. This is completely unacceptable nor will I ever deal with your company again because customer service is horrible. I plead with people not to buy from this company due to the horrible experience I have had with them. all they do is falsely advertise their product and will not back it up.

Cybervelo did an excellent job corresponding with me and making everything right. We had a problem with delivery and they were great with their correspondence and they guaranteed that I would get my bike delivered safely. Even though it made a full cycle tour with shipping, it got here just as they said. Unfortunately, when it did, it had a faulty battery. Again, they we very understanding and after we sent a video, they quickly sent a new battery. My husband got a Cybervelo as well with no problems at all. We are having a blast riding these bikes all over the place and we're very pleased with their performance.

The shipment arrived with some impact and broken pieces. But the customer service help me to fix the issues very quickly.

I bought an e bike in June 2025, and it was working well until it was accidentally picked up by the throttle and twisted quickly enough to cut the wires in between the throttle and the controller. I decided to try to fix it myself using solder seal wire connectors, but that only worked for a month or so before the wires disconnected again. I then realized it was still under warranty so I contacted Cybervelo, and they walked me through getting videos / diagnosing the problem (even though I had tried fixing the wires myself). They shipped me a replacement wire, and I was able to reconnect the throttle to the controller and it has been working great since then. The customer service was responsive and excellent.

My father in law got a tip from a co worker about an e-bike with a long battery life and quick speed. This bike is called the Cybervelo EK9. We did some research and found it for sale at Walmart, Amazon and Cybervelo website. A week or so later I was ready to purchase and found that Walmart was sold out and the Cybervelo had the best price. I ordered two and it took two days to deliver. I was able to easily install the front wheel and handle bars. Adjusted the seat and pump up the tires; having the bike ready to test ride. My father in law came over the next day and we went to the river bed to fafo. Amazing! This bike rides fast and smooth. We have other fat wheel bikes but nothing like this. The smile on his face was priceless. I am a bit more cautious so I kept it timid. We top sped at 42 mph with an out of box charging of the battery. We went about 8 miles and were very pleased with the strong breaking and easy handling. The bike has a horn and bright lights which exceeded our expectations. This bike is built for adults with strong intentions. It’s almost like handling a motorcycle in a sense. That night I was googling more about the bike when I came across a post which reduced the price by buying a combo two bike set. I contacted the business and asked if they could match the price I found online. A few hours later I received a email saying they were happy to adjust my invoice to match the discount. I would highly recommend the bike and business Cybervelo. Buy from the source and you will be receiving a great experience in my opinion. Other sellers are not doing business as well as they are. Cybervelo EK2 bike arrived promptly, well packaged. Still getting used to bike but it rides well and great to have power assist on steeper hills. Many people have admired it. Busy getting chains for it to ensure it will not be stolen. Very happy with bike - great price for an efficient well manufactured bicycle - highly recommend to anyone wanting cheaper transport and to stay fit and active. As a senior citizen who can no longer afford to run and maintain a car it is the perfect solution. Well done, Cybervelo

The bike was easy to assemble. Looks great and is fast! I bought the ek7 model for the wife and have been so impressed I am thinking of getting one for myself!

They made it right. Updating review since at the time of the initial order they had not corrected the issue with my order. Still frustrated about lack of inventory awareness but they rectified the issue and ensured I got the part needed. They didn’t do a super job of communicating initially but think that’s due to having to get the part from china but once it got stateside, they expedited the shipment and got us satisfied. I would buy again

Both times I needed assistance with parts not only were they helpful on getting parts but they came quick. Great customer service! Thank you

Battery no good need replacement

Hi, I'm Takio. I haven't been able to get in touch with the CVBELO support team and I really need to talk to them. Does anyone have any advice or know where the best place to buy their ebikes is to ensure good support? Thanks!

I am very happy with my new Cybervelo 26" step through EK7 ebike.
DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY - My bike arrived ahead of schedule and the packaging and contents were intact.  Assembly was about normal for an ebike. However if this is the first ebike you have put together you may wish to download a CB EK7 assembly video to supplement the written instructions included with the bike.
DESIGN AND COMPONENTS - I love the step-through design of the EK7 and would never buy another step over bike. 
The EK7 has mechanical disc brakes as opposed to hydraulic disc brakes on some more expensive ebikes. However, these mechanical disc brakes work well and do not require more force or grip power than my prior bike with hydraulic brakes. In addition, the mechanical brakes are easier/less expensive to repair and are not subject to hydraulic fluid loss problems. 
I love the fact that the control monitor on the EK7 displays both voltage and real time wattage usage, which allows the rider to maintain the best possible relationship between the PAS power setting, the Shimano gear setting and pedal power
PERFORMANCE - I live at 9,400 feet (2,865 meters) elevation high in the Colorado Rocky Mountains back country. The EK7 does a good job climbing the steep accents with minimal or no pedaling and the brakes feel secure while descending.
CUSTOMER SERVICE -  The CYBERVELO customer service department responded promptly (usually overnight) and professionally to my inquiries.
CONCLUSION - I like the price, design, quality and performance of my CYBERVELO EK7 ebike and would recommend this bike to a friend.

My bike arrived on time with the pedal crank lodged between the spokes in the front wheel. 5 spokes were bent and I had to surrender to a repair shop for repair before I could take my first ride. Cybervelo covered the expenses which was great! Five miles into my first ride I had a flat in my rear tire. Cybervelo also promised to covered that expense! I got an ek9 model and I really love the bike. It has great speed and torque. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality ebike at a decent price.

I actually bought my Cybervelo EK6 e-bike second hand, so I didn't actually get it directly from them, but my bike was missing the rubber plug that protects the charging port from getting wet. So I reached out to them and they replied rather quickly! They agreed to send me another rubber plug and although I haven't received it yet, Fedex tracking shows they have sent out the plug. The bike is absolutely amazing and well built. Pretty fast too! They also helped me when I accidentally factory reset the display and I inadvertently locked my speed at 15 mph. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company genuinely earned it. I purchased this e-bike (EK9) through Amazon, and while the bike itself has been great, I had a few questions early on regarding shipping details and some documentation that wasn’t super clear. Every single time I reached out, someone from their team got back to me quickly and actually helped resolve the issue instead of giving generic answers.

What really sealed it for me was what happened recently. Three days before Christmas, on the 22nd, I had an accident and damaged the bike pretty badly. I contacted the company expecting nothing more than basic information so I could source replacement parts, things like fork tube sizing and compatibility. I was not expecting what happened next.

They went above and beyond and sent me replacement forks completely free of charge, along with a new brake lever and throttle assembly. That level of support, especially right before Christmas, says a lot about the kind of company they are. They stood behind their product in a way you just don’t see very often anymore.

I’m extremely glad I chose this bike and even more glad I chose this company. Great product, but even better customer service. That’s what really matters.
