Totally bad telephone banking. Only answering machine and it will take to al lot of option in which all you need is to talk directly to their customer representative to answer your queries

I am writing as if I am waiting for last 2 and half hours to get talked with customer service . And still in a queue , moving very very slow . I can’t understand isn’t it way much , though I understand it a COVID times.
Very frustrated @ citycentre branch .

Commercial bank of Qatar is by far the worst bank I have dealt with. Late charges and fees come out of nowhere. The mobile banking or the server they have at the bank is not working properly, with a result they do not have a clear view of outstanding balances and payments and start charging late fees because their own system did not capture a payment. Customer service is also by far the worst. There is zero communication, they speak like robots and do not understand your requests, then they say send an email where it is even worse because first there is not reply option to be able to continue a conversation about a complaint and then they reply to emails without investigating the problem at all since they keep on replying the same things no matter what you say. I will never have an account again with them and I am closing all of my current accounts there very soon.

An absolute nightmare having to deal with this Bank. Waiting hours exceed 3 hours. Atrocious service for a private entity.

I am getting very tough time from commercial bank.

They are too bad in replying.....pathetic service and call centre upon calling call centre are just passing balls with customers as pingpong ball.

CBQ is by far the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. In my country their customer service would lead to them going out of business, I am not sure why it is tolerated in Qatar. Lots of plain rude customer service.

CBQ is by far the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. In my country their customer service would lead to them going out of business, I am not sure why it is tolerated in Qatar. Lots of hidden fees and plain rude customer service.

Extremely poor customer support by phone and very long procedure to get connected by phone

the worst bank ever seen do Have pay card from this bank , after did all my shopping coming to use my master card from this bank to pay , showing Error ''do not honor '' even i do have balance in my card , there was a number to call to ask help written 24H customer service , no answer , this is not the bank you can trust .

CBQ local money transfer from CBQ to another bank account service is not satisfied. Customer service is the worst! They are not solving the problems I've encountered. I transferred money locally to another Qatar Islamic Bank. It was not credit in 24 hours, and then I called them for follow-up they're just telling that the account beneficiary QID required. then I sent them even not receive the money after 24 hours. Again I called them, they said it will be transfer within 24 hours. the money I sent on 4th August, I accepted on that day EID holiday but Bank has opened on 5 th August , But still not receive that money (today 09th August). For this local transaction , I called 5 times to customer care and waste my time and mobile money. today around 12pm received an email remittance confirmation but I checked with beneficiary is not yet received (now time 4pm). I contacted them, they said again money will be transferred within 24 hours. I do not know why they send this confirmation email.
#VERY UPSET ON YOUR 24 HOURS LOCAL TRANSACTION.
#NOW IT'S ALREADY 5 DAYS BUT STILL MY ISSUE HAVEN'T BEEN RESOLVED!!!
#OTHERWISE I COULD GIVE TO BY HAND.

I called the commercial bank today and it was very good customer support .Thank you so much ms Jeena.

CBQ Customer service is the worst! They are very unresponsive on the problems I've encountered. I transferred money Internationally and then calling them and sending email every now and then to follow-up but after 3 days they're just telling that the account number is invalid, they don't even resolve the issue or guide the customer what to do! Now I cannot cancel the transaction via internet banking because it says it's under process but when you call them, they will not answer your queries and just hang you up in the call! VERY UPSET ON YOUR 60 SECONDS INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER! NOW IT'S ALREADY 4 DAYS BUT STILL MY ISSUE HAVEN'T BEEN RESOLVED!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!

Good service over the counter specially Al Rayyan Branch

Not too bad as banks go although they seem as though they would prefer me to have a loan or credit card at every opportunity.
