I’ve ordered from them twice now on 3 different Products (Gummies and Tincture) I’m new to the world of CBD, so I can’t confirm quality of the products…i’m still learning.

I can say, that the ordering process was easy, shipped and received on time. Packed well, sealed well. Seems fresh and as it’s exactly as expected.

That’s my experience anyway.

With the reviews I saw, I started not to try this site. I'm glad that I didn't listen. I ordered on monday & received it on Thursday along with free samples. I will order again!

They withdrew money from my account but didn't send anything, I contacted them and they said they didn't have the item in stock, but why are they withdrawing the money then??

Great company & products. LOVE THEIR BATH BOMBS!!! My orders always ship quickly and have arrived safely. They have great sales too!

My first time. They do work. So, stop being mad at what's out of the company control. Leaks ect. And, they do follow up. You order, they deliver. It's not the website you order from, it's the distributor. They need to check the contents. Just like when you order from Amazon. When things don't work ect. Guess they're scammers to, huh!!

My first bottle of capsules were melted when they arrived. Called customer service and sent them pictures of same. They sent me replacements for twice as many. They came today and I'm sure they will be of good quality.

Items didn't work as expected. They offer a guarantee, but the guarantee doesn't cover shipping. I lost an additional $26.00 they charged me for shipping. Not good customer service to offer a guarantee with stipulations. I would have tried another product, but not now.

Really useless.

Normally 10mg of these would be enough but after 30mg, I'm still wondering if it even works. After reading the reviews, seems like a common thing and returning isn't an option really.

Lesson learned. I wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing.

The product arrived quickly.
I got the 50 berry flavored gummies.
After taking one, I felt OK, really didn't help the pain.
I took another one later on. The next morning, I wasn't feeling good, thought it was allergies. So I got worse each day for another two days. I stopped taking them. I am fine now.
I contacted the company for an RMA, they stated that I had to take a clear picture of the bottle and send it to them. I guess it they approved of my picture the might send me a RTA? 'I smell a rat'. Read some of the other review experiences to figure out how your return will play out, if they grant you the pleasure. My guess is, after taking it to the post office and paying $18.00 to send it back; you need tracking. Then they receive it and say that there are too many missing and refund $5.00 if you are lucky. I'm too old for this crap. I threw them in the garbage. Oh, you also have to send back all of the original packing too!

Item arrived fast but as soon as I placed the order I got a bigger discount code contacted by email to cancel order nobody replied. I am still waiting for an email so I can return item and use the higher discount code

2 of 4 vapes leaking, oily to touch and white vape discolored / stained upon arrival. Can’t tell vapes apart once opened, no notation or distinction on them. No effects using either Indica, nor THC/Delta 9 Hybrid. Wedding cake hybrid burned throat. Doubting the authenticity of the CBD / THC used in vapes. Waste of money.

Sending spam bots all over the web for random people to review you on trust pilot might seem like a good idea at first. But if they review you one star for wasting their time that’s not so helpful. Anyways. Inflamade is the best CBD I’ve tried and I know many people that agree.

I had a couple issues with leaking vape juice bottles..Sent pictures and replacements were sent immediately.. Recommended that they use better packaging from distribution center they sent me a thank you email for my suggestion..My next delivery and every since came in new and improved packaging...THEY DO CARE AND THEY DO LISTEN...
I FIND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE IMPECCABLE... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CBDFX

Relative to other brands, CBDFX simply doesn't measure up. Yawn.

Just got the product (pumpkin spice which is now sold out) I ordered 4 bottles of gummies. It arrived in exactly 5 business days. I’ll be honest, if product works why do people try to complain about shipping and try to out the company out of business. As far as laughing effects, I didn’t have them. I just feel extremely relaxed. But it does say, try 3 days with low dose for body to adapt and 6 days at 1/2 gummy prior to upping a whole gummy. I’m not a weed person. And always had bad trips. This did keep me awake when I tried 5 days ago at a friends house. She laughed like crazy for 4 hours, I didn’t but it was fun watching her. I am hopping for same effect

I have NEVER had a issue with their product. I am strictly a gummie person and I get the Delta 9 with 10mg of THC. Gives me a nice buzzy head and helps me sleep great. Never had to try out customer service, because I never had a problem. And if the person who received an e mail and didn't realize that the email was fake, them shame on you. Tons a scams and scammers out there.

I sent an unopened bottle back to them and still waiting for a refund. They told me they were processing the refund and send an email. Never received email from them.

I returned two bottles of CBDfx. One bottle was opened and one gummie was tried. The other bottle was unopened. I returned the product as I was supposed to with their form. Unbelievably I was refunded 4.89 out $109.00. This is a terrible refund policy. I would not recommend purchasing this product. Terrible return policy. I would have been better off tossing the bottles in the garbage. I’ve never had such a disappointment with any other company. Beware!!!

Can't really comment about the product, but don't feel any different now from when I started taking the oil drops.
Prices on their website are hugely inflated, always offering discounts when in fact if you go to their store on Amazon, you'll find the products much cheaper. They say they have no control over those prices but it is their store, not just Amazon selling their products. What I thought was a deal would have been £10 cheaper on Amazon.
I really wouldn't bother with anything they sell.
