I ordered a couple of bottles of CBD oil.
Delivery was very quick and exactly as described.
I'd be very happy to order from them again.

I liked the products but the last time I ordered online all of my personal data was leaked and sold to scammers within a couple of days. They denied it was them and refused to investigate, but I'm sure it was. I've had scammers trying to use my card across the world and my email address has been flooded with spam and dodgy subscriptions.

I ordered some CBD gums from CBDFX, but they were not delivered to the designated hub. The shipper informed me that they decided not to deliver the goods to the hub, and CBDFX actually returning the goods to them. Despite writing numerous emails to CBDFX and requesting a refund, I received no resolution. Now, I have to involve my credit card company to get my money back. The customer service is terrible, and the phone number listed on their website is out of order with a voice message stating the number is no longer in use. This company is highly unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. Additionally, CBDFX products are cheaper on Amazon – the same gums cost £34 instead of the £44 CBDFX charges directly. dont buy with them directly

Didn't receive product. I ordered "very berry" cbd oil drops..the order plus postage was the best part on £40. Quite a lot to pay out for a disabled pensioner.
10 days later I emailed to ask where my order was.
Only then was I told it was out of stock. I was offered a refund into my original payment method.
I requested that but got no response about it. I wouldn't buy from them again. Waiting for refund.NB.
Still waiting. I have received several generic impersonal emails which mean nothing to me. In my opinion this company has appalling customer service. Impersonal and feels very rude and uncaring. Very eager to take my money but lazy and careless with a refund, for out of stock product. I do not recommend them.MY LAST UPDATE. at last I have received an email stating they have refunded into my bank as requested. Hopefully it will appear in a few days.
However they have NOT refunded the full amount.
Even though NO ITEM has been posted to me, they have kept the postage cost of £6. Just refunding the cost of the cbd oil. Which I never got.
This puts me off them even more. What a cheek. I definitely would not use them ever again.

Product out of stock, quickly refunded :) Vape kit battery failed, inside 1 Month, company replaced with new Vape. Good communication! Will continue to use based on response to problems

Very bad. My vapes were melted or burned when they came. It tasted burnt.

Also you don’t answer my e-mails. I want a refund or new vapes.

Fast service (UK), ordered late Friday, delivered by DPD Wednesday - only 1 working day really as Monday was a BH.

Ordered vape juice CBD. Not cheap, but when you are putting something in your body, cheap generally isn't the best way. CBDfx have a wealtth of info onthier site to let you know how they make this stuff. You don't want a site that doesnt do this as, especially with a vape, you NEED to know what you are ingesting!

I tried the 1000mg CBD strawberry milk. Nice taste, a little strong but it seems to work for me so far. I would use this company again anytime. Very happy with the product so far.

Ordered from this company before & products were good. Placed another order by mistake & let customer service know asap. Maryna replied to me promptly & although I was too late to stop dispatch she told me I could refuse package & receive a refund. Very friendly, helpful & efficient. She was a pleasure to deal with & resolved the issue quickly & with the feeling that nothing was too much trouble!
