The material and workmanship is nothing like shown in the pictures. Worst experience and waste of my $300.
Horrible workmanship with pieces of gota attached to dupatta all crooked even the golden stripe attached at the back of one of suits is crooked. Material is so cheap that you don’t even want to wear at home as your skin feels irritated. Ugh. I will never order again.
Save your money and buy someplace else. I don’t know how they got these good ratings. Maybe they do a good job for locals but rip off the foreigners.

Phenomenal Stitching
All my outfits were perfect in person. The stitching was phenomenal, you can tell the tailor knows who is client is and plays attention to detial. I am beyond happy with all of the outfits I ordered. I also liked how the outfits were packaged.

I'm very impressed with the customer service, promptly reply even on weekends late nights and tried their best to move up my very emergency order! (also all staffs were very patient and kind)
The dresses are amazing and good quality, a bit pity that my shoulder's too wide to fit in the tops :') But all in all, very satisfied!

Fraudulent and poor quality - kept my bank details as a recurring transaction
1. The company kept my bank details as a "recurring transaction" that I would not have found had I not contacted my bank about a dispute regarding my refund with cbazaar. I had to cancel my card. My bank have put in a dispute with cbazaar for fraud.
2. The dress did not fit the measurements I gave - the measurements were way off (5 inches too long for example)
3. It was nothing like the colour on the photos
4. The quality was poor, I asked for straight pants and they gave me baggy ones.
5. Returns was a lot of bother and they try to insist you accept credits as refund instead of a bank transfer but they said they would
6. I have sent them the return order, THEY HAVE RECEIVED IT, but denied this (despite proof of postage and delivery)
7. I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED.
8. They lie to customers.
