Would have given ZERO stars, ordered Linga provided all measurements as requested. Bodice was made 31/4 inches too big in bust, side zipper does not work. Bodice dose not look like picture.Skirts waistband is not stitched to skirt, zipper does not work keeps getting caught in overlay lace, hook & eye was not sewn on. I wax told Cbazaar would pay alteration fees BUT BUT BUT the 2 pieces would have had to be deconstructed creating a great chance that the lace overlay would be unusable! After a series of emails & photos a return was finally accepted BUT I have to pay shipping back to India after I already paid the shipping cost to the USA.. If item was not made so bad I would not be forced to send back ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DONT BUY FROM CBZAR

Biggest scam! I ordered an outfit for a wedding I’m going to three weeks ago. I was told that it would arrive the day after I fly out for it. I emailed them immediately asking to have it expedited and they said they would. They didn’t even ship it out until 2 days before. Not only did it not arrive in time it arrived over 2 weeks after originally promised. They never followed back up after multiple emails and phone calls. Save your money and go somewhere else. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with!

Edit: So to give the company credit they did give me a refund after 3 emails and four phone calls later. Now they are constantly calling me to try to remove this review. If they were this proactive before I would have not felt the need to leave this review.

Even though I didn’t end up keeping the item I ordered because I changed my mind for the style, I still had a great experience with that website. It was my first time. I was a bit skeptical at first for ordering clothes having to be shipped from India but it ended up being fine. I chose custom fit and the fit was spot on.
Their customer service was great! They answered in a timely manner (within few hours), especially Steevanson.

The customer service was excellent, they were very responsive and responsible in completing the order and the deliverence of the purchase.

The company advertises these dresses as high quality, however when I received my clothes they were terrible quality. Not at all as advertised. They were stiff, cheaply prepared, stitching coming off and extremely uncomfortable. They are CHEAP clothes. Further, when trying to return, they asked me if i had considered tailoring them. (????) They should not be suggesting options, if i want to return (and they accept returns) they should be able to do that for me with no problem. Do not purchase from them, if you want good quality desi clothes with good customer service, go to either Andaz fashion or Sareez.com.

I purchased 3 sarees from CBAZAAR in the penultimate week of November, expecting delivery within a couple of weeks as indicated on their website. However, on December 8, 2023, the order was dispatched without any accurate tracking information from either CBAZAAR or their shipping partner. Upon contacting Atlantic International Express, they confirmed the order's arrival in my country but failed to provide precise tracking details. Despite checking the Atlantic International Express website regularly, the tracking status consistently shifts to the following day, without any real progress. Their customer service also lacks helpful information about the order's whereabouts. They've mentioned it's in customs, but it's been well over a week now, and their responses haven't evolved beyond what I was told initially.

I purchased several dresses for my sister and myself to wear to a traditional Indian wedding in Portugal on 12/27/23. The sizes shown are misleading and I had to settle for a dress that I will have to have tailored to the size it should be. When I attempted to return the other dresses the site was not set up for returns. I contacted the company SEVERAL times for help and kept giving me the run around until they said it was too late to return. Had they helped me when I first asked I would not be stuck with over $400.00 worth of Indian clothes that I will never wear. I live in Florida USA. I do not recommend this company.

My daughter and I bought 6 outfits and we were very happy with the outfits. We had them custom made and the sizing was great. They fit very nicely. I would definitely recommend this site.

I am very much pleased with the estimated timeline, my package came before the estimated timeline. The material is very good and my clothes fits perfectly fine just the way i like it. I will be ordering plenty more designs from cbazaar. Thank you once again for amazing services 🫶🏻

My items were professionally packed and arrived on time. Items were stitched to my measurements. Fabric quality was as described in the website; and the Cbazaar has a very happy customer!

I ordered an outfit for a wedding and double checked the delivery date via their customer service on whatsapp who told me delivery would be by the end of June which was perfect - I informed them that the website was stating July only to be told this was a glitch and go ahead and make payment and they will confirm delivery within 24-48 hours and if I am not happy with the date, they will cancel the order. There was an offer of buy 1 get 2 free, so I selected 2 further outfits supposedly 'free' and confirmed that they would not affect the delivery date. I was told they would not and to wait 24-48 hours to for the expected delivery date. 48 hours passed and no contact so I chased them, to be told the 2 'free' items are already being tailored and the other was going through a supposed 'quality check'. Long story short, after several times chasing them, the item that I actually wanted was damaged so they re-ordered and after several weeks they were still not able to deliver. I had to continuously chase staff to follow up with the manufacturer. The 2 'free' items actually arrived on time after requesting they deliver them anyway. They may as well not have bothered - the quality of the fabric was very cheap, threads sticking out, eyehooks were loose and to top it all off - the outfits were lopsided - one side was longer than the other and the waist was also very disjointed - after soooo much stress of dealing with this company - I took those 2 outfits to a tailor in the UK who will now have to fix these at a cost probably more than the outfits are worth to try and salvage an outfit for the wedding as the one I actually wanted to purchase they can no longer fulfil.

Two weeks before they told me they cannot fulfil - I contacted another supplier that had the same outfit and they were able to deliver by the date needed - so I contacted CBazaar and informed them of this so I could get a refund and they told me to wait whilst they re-order and again guaranteed that I would have delivery by the 1st week of July, low and behold 2 weeks later told me they cannot fulfil.

So now I have a wedding to attend without the outfit that I wanted and I am left with 2 extremely poor quality outfits that are going to cost me to have altered.

Bearing in mind I paid almost £400 for the outfit I wanted and the other 2 being 'free' - they have now refunded me only £150 - how does that work???? I don't mind paying them for the tailoring they have done but to charge me £250 for 2 poor quality outfits when they were supposed to be 'free' when it was their fault they could not deliver the 3rd item smells like a scam to me!!

I'm sick of dealing with their customer service as you constantly have to repeat yourself - I'm probably going to complain directly with the CEO - Rajesh Nahar who I found on LinkedIn with a full timeline of events.

Do yourselves a favour - realise that CBazaar is just a marketplace, you will find the exact same items at Ustav Fashion for much cheaper which is probably in line with the quality of the items yet their customer service is better - they all use the same manufacturers.

Will never bother with CBazaar again, terrible experience from start to end - they just want your money. Run by greed, bunch of scammers.
